I'm just waiting for the taters to finish boiling, and then I gotta mash them. They should finish at about the same time as the turkey, about 15 minutes before my guest's arrival.
THe food is nearly done, the house is clean, dishes are washed, etc... so I have a few moments to spare - intil the wife gets home and says, "What did you do all day, B**ch?" ;0)
