US agrees to international control of its troops in Iraq By Leonard Doyle and Stephen Castle in Brussels 17 November 2003
The United States accepts that to avoid humiliating failure in Iraq it needs to bring its forces quickly under international control and speed the handover of power, Javier Solana, the European Union foreign policy chief, has said. Decisions along these lines will be made in the "coming days", Mr Solana told The Independent.
Our youth are nothing more than a refinement of Pavlov's dog experiment with the installation of UNESCO and the NEA as our youths tutors. They can't read, can't add and can't THINK on their own.
How ever they do learn how important it is to go along to get along. The Consensus process. Quite diabolical and simple. Should one soul question the direction of a given steering meeting- class they are demonized and made an example thus making the group fall quickly in line using human nature. Search "Change Agents or Facilitators.
The 10 commandments are hated because they represent Black and White. Good and Bad, Right and Wrong. And this rock solid edict will not work in their proposed shades of Gray world. Why the answer is simple the powers that be can then become the Stuarts of Right and Wrong and open the flood gate for countless New Laws, first of which I'll bet will exclude themselves.
Some things to look into: 1. May 1 1776. Today we celebrate Mayday, do you know why? 2. When pilots make a distress call they repeat "Mayday Mayday?" 3. Ever took a hard look at that dollar bill you work so hard for? Freepers I know are on the ball so I won't even go there. Here's a new thing on the dollar bill to look for. Upper right hand corner you'll see the number one incased in a frame now look at the scroll work to the left of the one. With magnification you will see an Owl. To find out why that Owl is there you need look into Bohemian Grove. 4. You have been led to believe inflation has something to do with the cost of goods. The sad fact is every time the Government agrees to print more money. Your dollar is "worth less."
If you can't find the Owl, no problem. If you found the Owl please give me one reason why a picture of an Owl rests on a Printed Note we agree upon for exchange of our Labor and Life.
God speed, Will
Furthermore, and more importantly, U.S. troops should never be under the command of a foreigner. I dont believe any conservative would want US troops to take orders from a foreigner.
EU's "intelligensia" Solana leads an EU queue
to lick terrorist-sputum
directly from the lips and philtrum of Arafat-the-Egyptian,
serial murderer of Americans, Israelis and children.
Besides, that "owl", as you call it, is an eagle, and if you have to ask why there is an eagle on a dollar bill then you need help.
An owl. Give me a break.
It's the molar of a space owl. We are DOOMED.

Now since I do not see details of this development posted on yahoo.news, msnbc or cnn, The Independent must be speaking out of turn. However, this development, if true, is in lines with predictions from those that believe that the Iraq debacle is nothing more than an exercise to empower world government.
(from The New American - 30 June 2003)
Grigg warned that the protracted occupation of Iraq would result in "a steady and worsening hemorrhage of national power, wealth, and prestige," leading to a situation in which "American servicemen and their families, weary of the burden of empire, would eagerly embrace transferring that burden to the UN"
(For the curious, this may beg the question on the relationship of Solana's NATO and the UN. The John Birch Society has an answer to this as well.)
