Do not assume Yemen did this "on their own"..
Do not assume his arrest means he will be convicted and executed..
Do not assume that Yemen will extradite to the U.S., until he arrives in Gitmo..

I am growing VERY impatient, reading about "arrests" of these bastards..
I am awaiting to see the LIST of executed terrorists, published as baseball trading cards and distributed across the entire world of Islam....

They make a big deal of marching in parades with photos of OBL and the latest suicide murderer of innocent civilians....we should send them pictures of their executed heroes.....

Notice how this report uses the phrase "security forces" multiple times. FNC reports we have several CIA and Special Ops teams on the ground in Yemen. I suspect there was close cooperation between our guys and local forces in this arrest.

Good news, indeed.

Kudos to our Yemini allies for capturing this terrorist.

They may be "allies" in cracking down on Al Queda terrorists, however I do not consider them allies on the war on terrorism. They themselves sponsor and harbor terrorism and have a very poor human rights record.

I think are Yemeni "friends" are realizing that this US President is serious. I think they are choosing which side to be on very wisely.

It reminds me of the last words of Uday to one of his caretakers:

"His final words to me were: 'This time I think the Americans are serious. Bush is not like Clinton. I think this is the end'."

Not to mention this arrest is for a "crime" (actually act of war) that happened over THREE YEARS AGO.

If they can get this guy to talk I bet he's got a load of information. Maybe they should threated to leave him in Yemeni custody if he doesn't talk.

Check this out!

Saudi Forces Foil Car-Bombing Plans
Saudi security forces on Tuesday foiled a terrorist plan to detonate a car bomb in the capital, Riyadh, and killed two suspected terrorists.

An Interior Ministry statement carried by the official Saudi news agency said security men clashed with the suspected terrorists, killing two of them and seizing a car laden with explosives.

authorities are still trying to find out who the terrorists were and whether they had accomplices.

In the past seven months, Saudi Arabia has been hit by major attacks. Earlier this month, 17 people died in a suicide bombing at a housing compound in Riyadh.

Saudi authorities have linked the attacks to al-Qaida.
