[history]
Senate Republicans have thrown their support behind the investigation into how internal memos written by Democratic staffers on the Judiciary Committee wound up in the Wall Street Journal and The Washington Times.
Since the memos surfaced ? revealing how Democrats planned with liberal interest groups to block President Bush's judicial nominees ? Democrats have accused Republican staffers of hacking into their computers, downloading the 14 memos and leaking them to reporters.

""It's a major case of theft," Mr. Durbin said."" I just love it when democrats squeal like stuck pigs. And Durbin all lathered up over an ethical breach is just plain hilarious!

Great..... Looks like the media will have a field day calling this a Republican conspiracy. I can see it splattered all over the media. It will be the main topic over the Thanksgiving holiday news channels.

Look on the bright side, at least the memos will get some attention.
Until then, the "unbiased" media blackout continues.

"Anytime someone feels like confidentiality has been violated, that has to be dealt with. I want their concerns satisfied," said Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican and a Judiciary Committee member. "That said, I will also be their worst nightmare when it comes to what these memos said. I will make sure the substance of the memos is pointed out over and over and over."
They better point it out over and over:( the outrage to me is what the memo's said about judical nominee's and stalling votes and ect..... and yet all the idiotcrats keep screaming like banshee's about is the theft.
OH THE FAKE OUTRAGE of these senator's.WELL what about Migual Estrada??? hmmmmm?? where was his vote??? his chance for an up or down vote? i believe that this man has been done an injustice by the dirty ,sneeekin, filty senators on the judical commitee and should be removed from the commitee.and maybe a lawsuit filed by Estrada.
the fact that these senators have been bought and paid for by special interest groups just OUTRAGES me as a citizen. thwarting the Presidents wishes ,acting all snarky all the D--m time in front of the American people, flipping the finger to the President every chance they can and then flipping it again to the fine people he chose for nomination, the gall of those sonsofbitches pardon my french, but they have crossed the line with this and iam fustrated because i dont see the recourse for these judical picks or for us the citizen.
the memo's tell all of us what republicans have been saying for yr's about the democrats and it's just sickning.
investigate this my rump. do something this time, stop with the make nicy nice and hand wringing, really do something FGSakes act like men and hold the brigands accountable.
there iam now done with my ranting and raving for tonight.

The first memos got more attention on how they were possibly acquired , rather than what was actually in them. The media was just itching to blame this on the Republicans, now they have some ammo to shoot us with. And whos in the middle of this? Orrin Hatch, it figures. Could get ugly here folks.

I really think it was a dem staffer that has done all this leaking here,
and when the computers are looked at and that is what we all discover then you can pretty much bet the farm lucy that this fiasco will be swept as far away as the idiotcrats can sweep it. oh ya thats what'll happen we've been down this country road before.

It's not all bad when you consider Lindsey Graham's statement of: "That said, I will also be their worst nightmare when it comes to what these memos said. I will make sure the substance of the memos is pointed out over and over and over."
Lindsey Graham was wonderful during impeachment. He has more experience now and I think he can and will deliver quite well as the Dem's worst nightmare. I'm sure he will deliver this Dem nightmare wrapped in his usual downhome folksy way as he punches their lights out. I love his style!

I love the sound of that statement. I only hope he keeps those words.

Please, folks. Let's not let them get their hopes up that the public will forget about this over time. We need to keep bringing it up at every moment.
