"Former" is when you've been fired, as Clark was fired from NATO for trying to order our guys to fire at the Russians (Pristina, 1999).
"Retired" is when you haven't been fired. Of course, since it was a studio audience of Dems, no one so much as gasped.
Yes, that was quite a strange angry group. Of course they have the Dems telling them that the Medicare bill is going to make the drug companies money. As I heard someone say in Congress, that's like saying we shouldn't have food stamps because the grocers are going to make money, or housing subsidies because construction companies might benefit.
It's funny the Dems are trying to raise money by running ads on MSNBC...nobody watches MSNBC.
