This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

This thread will stay up through next Sunday. I will be in Kentucky for Thanksgiving, but I will still be able to check in with y'all, just not as often.

I am going to be putting something together right now anent these rogues as they have connection to Felos and other corrupt judges. They finally exposed themselves for who they are - good for nothing attorneys in cahoots with other corrupt attorney's and judges.

This SOB and his judiciary threaten my civil and Constitutional liberties. If a Gov or somebody doesn't stand up and defend me, I am at the mercy of this alleged judiciary, who has taken it upon themselves to legislate from the bench. And in Terri's situation, Greer has made a medical diagnosis without a medical license. That is practicing medicine without a license! How can I make it more plain?
I am posting this to FREEP. They can eat the guy alive.

Damage control for felos and MS is still in high gear.

One of our fellow Terri supporters who is from Maryland by the name of Angie (Stutz619@aol.com) is in need of some special prayers from us.

Tomorrow, 12/2 at 9:30 AM eastern time, Angie will be going in for a stress test. She recently was diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm and has had stints inserted into her kidney and heart.

Angie is a brave woman who has kept her own health issues quiet so to help in our Fight4Terri.

In fact...Angie is our Terri's birthday cake lady.
Angie purchased Terri's birthday cake.
A big sheet cake for 40 people.

Please..I ask you to do two things:

I guess they forgot that Judge Greer talks about how he is going to rule, about cases before him and how he lies about not talking about it, etc. and gets the County Sheriff to lie for him, etc. I guess they forgot about the more than several improprieties of not just one just but a whole slew of judges in Pinellas Pasco county. Ok so I didn't see the letter of Jeb yet when I commented but I will say that it was a very weak letter in response to their rebuke. I really think Jeb and his office needs to fight a bit harder against corruption in regards to his being a champion of the disabled! As it stands I am being forced to raise my voice up more than just a notch as Terri's neglect and denial of rehabilitation and denial of being brought to full capacity at the soonest possible time (in contravention of her retained rights under Florida Law and that of the ADA) continues to this very moment! This has been brought to the attention of the United States Attorney General, the President, the Governor of the State of Florida, his attorneys, and his Attorney General, and a number of others by not just one party but several. I just don't think they are getting it people.

I still maintain this ANNE SHAPIRO story is an elaborate HOAX.
I believe it is designed to ridicule Terri and Dr. Hammesfahr.

If it were true, it would have been huge news, in Florida, in Toronto, and most everywhere around the country and world.

But just TRY to search for "Annie Shapiro", "Anne Shapiro" or "Ann Shapiro" and "coma", with any search engine and you will only find it listed on a few private websites/blogsites, including two 'humor' sites.

Search for "Shapiro Toronto obituaries" or "Shapiro Toronto deaths" also results in nothing, and the Toronto Star is usually pretty complete.

This story originated 'apparently' in a south east asia paper, but it would cost $900 to verify that. A carribean paper has now further spread the story.

The giveaways in this fiction include the following...
* cataract surgery for a long term coma patient
* hip replacement for a long term coma patient
* hysterectomy for a long term coma patient
* two 'apron shops' in 1963, with a national franchise
* sudden improvement using 'high blood pressure medicine'
...(that one seems intended to ridicule the good doctor who wants to treat Terri for free )

I hope I am wrong, its a great tale, but if someone can't prove it is true using reputable USA or Toronto newspapers, it is a malicious hoax.

If this is a hoax, let's get to the bottom of it! When she awoke from the coma, in 1992, there was no interent to speak of, so it's not too surprising there is very little online about her. But I agree, there are some questions to be answered.

There is a Dr. Glenn Englander, but whether Anne Shapiro was ever his patient may be hard to confirm. We should be able to find out if there was a movie about Anne made starring Reba McEntire.

The Reba McIntyre movie, "Forever Love" is about a woman who awakens from a 20-year coma. One site says it was "suggested by" a true story, other sites call the made for TV movie a "drama." Looks like the Anne Shapiro story might be a hoax.
