[history]
The ghastly attacks on two Istanbul synagogues last Saturday turned out to be just a prelude for yesterday's bombings. There is now considerable evidence that a local al Qaeda-linked group was responsible for the first attacks, in which 23 people, mostly Muslims, were killed and more than 300 wounded. Yesterday's attacks bear the same hallmarks of al Qaeda, and the death toll is growing.

Would help if the victimized muslims would turn on their terrorist brothers and sisters and eliminate them. Hot dog! Muslim hit squad formed primarily to eliminate other muslims. What a scenario!

We will starve terrorists of funding, turn them one against another, drive them from place to place, until there is no refuge or no rest. - President George W. Bush, Address to Congress and the American People (Sep 20, 2001)
How wonderfully prophetic.

Indeed. This is getting very interesting. The terrorists are inevitably doomed to failure precisely because they lack the restraint needed to avoid collateral damage, and killing their own. By their very nature they destroy innocents, deliberately. This is their achilles heel. Not to mention they're as dumb as a sack of hammers.

muslims killing muslims sounds like a good idea to me.
stay away from the USA

BIg Deal.
IN Algeria muslim on muslim violence has gone on for 10+ years.
In Kashmir, it's mainly muslim victims.
Not to mention the innumerable wars and civil wars the the muslim world.
Such a mistake to evaluate the jihadi mindset on the basis of rationality.
The same mistake Danny Pearl made; he couldn't concieve that jihadis would pass up an opportunity to be on the front page of the Journal. Instead they decapitated him.

Thanks for bringing us back to our senses.
Strange that the Muslim world overlooks the fact that the largerst numbers of Muslims have been killed by other Muslims, Iran/Iraq War - 1,000,000; Algeria - 100,000+; Afghanistan - 500,000+.

1-"There can be no progress or security for Muslims themselves, until the bombers are stopped and the teachings that fuel this hatred are countered."
This is the only way to really end the terror wars, this or just to kill them all.
The muslims must understand that as long as they continue to say nothing, and do nothing, and preach hate, no one is safe.

I am not hitler, I just am tired of our 'allies' in the muslim world (Pakistan, Saudi Arabia) not doing enough in the WOT, pretending like it is just America's problem. plus much if the disputes are based in their countries and regions. Call me crazy but the root of the problem is in the Middle East. Solving it ain't going to pretty. I would rather that the messy stuff happen there than here. beside a few bombs here or there in Turkey or Saudi Arabia might light a fire under someone's ass to stop the terrorists at home.
By the way, wasn't it Turkey (a "NATO Ally") that wouldn't let the US troops use it as a way to attack the terrorist supporting regime in Iraq? now a few terrorists from Iraq have gone north to spread their evil.
reap what you sow

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............................
Should we get upset about this, or just sit back and wait for further developments ???
Incidentally, I don't want to offend anyone, but Christians killed other Christians for a few centuries-right up till the mid 18th century; and religious tolerance is still being tinkered with-right here in River City.

You know, I've been hearing on FR that a lot of these murders lately are not Muslims at all but Arab Christians, particulary the ones in Saudi Arabia.

Turkey would not let the US troops use it as a way to attack the terrorist supporting regime in Iraq because the US would not let Turkey deal with the PKK terrorists in Northern Iraq. US troops are still protecting the terrorists in Northern Iraq. Are you sure you want to make a reap what you sow argument?

Like Rush said today. The Muslim countries that break
relations with the U.S. & then try to make nicey with
the terrorists end up getting clobbered.
