Bombshell: Kobe Accuser Had Sex with Key Witness

A new bombshell revelation in the Kobe Bryant case threatens to destroy the credibility of the prosecution’s key witness - whose testimony could send the basketball superstar to jail for years. Sources told GLOBE that the 19-year-old woman who has accused Bryant of rape told them she had sex with the prosecution’s star witness Bobby Pietrack - a week before she met Bryant.

Pietrack, a 23-year-old bellhop at the resort where the alleged rape took place, is the first person Katelyn Faber told about her encounter with Bryant. He can testify about her emotional state and physical appearance at the time.

But legal experts tell us that if there was a sexual encounter between Katelyn and the bellhop, it could wreck his credibility and sink the case of the Eagle County, Colo., prosecutor.

Since you obviously haven't been following the case allow me to englighten you.

1) She was not sodomized. Early reports that she was were erroneous.

2) Detective Winters who interviewed the alleged witness testified that the victim did not say no. In fact he wrote down in his notes to follow up with the victim as to why she did not say no.

I do know from experience that a person can so scared they cannot utter a single word to save their own life.

The summer I was sixteen, a couple of buddies and myself were swimming in a private pool owned by one's uncle, no one was there but us. I thought I was a pretty good swimmer and thought I had reached shallow enough water to put my feet down and stand up.Wrong! The water was still over my head and there was moss on the slope of the pool where I put my feet down. I couldn't kick off enough to suface enough to start swimming, couldn't get my feet up, completely forgot everything I knew about swimming, got busy drowning.

Every time I came up I could see mu buddies at the other end of the pool, shooting the breeze, they saw me but I couldn't yell help! or anything else, so they thought I was just fooling around.

I went down, swallowed water and came up, there they were but they thought I was playing. I don't know how many times I went down and came up, I just know that the next to the last time when I popped up, I was stil mute and they still thought I was kidding as I submerged again. I must have been down long enough that time to convince them that I was really drowning, because my good buddy was holding onto the edge of the pool and reaching out for me when I came up, and pulled me in.

Believe me, you can be too scared to utter a sound.

She may be guilty as charged of being a gold digger-he may be guilty as charged of feeling that he is above the law. I do not know either of these people. He has fans, he has wealth, he has power-she has none of those. I am on her side until I am proved wrong.

If that is your understanding, it might be a good idea to refresh your memory by reading the transcript again. Assuming you have read the entire transcript.

Yes, the detective said the Nike T-shirt was tucked in when he first met KB. However, the blood was not even visible to the detective when KB handed over the shirt. It seems the very small amount of blood is on the inside of the shirt only, near the hem and it is barely detectable.

However, a nut and a slut can still be a rape victim.

No doubt about that.

But, when the social interaction between man and woman is a prelude to sex, then rape is difficult to prove, because the charge may truly be false. This woman has, IMHO, demonstrated she is a slut and also 'possessed' by a personality disorder (e.g., a "nut".) The data regarding her behavior clearly show she is virtually sexually promiscuous as is humanly possible and also that she is mentally unstable.

His lawyers will point out that whatever sex their client and this plaintiff had that night, it most certainly wasn't rape.
