Since you obviously haven't been following the case allow me to englighten you.

1) She was not sodomized. Early reports that she was were erroneous.

2) Detective Winters who interviewed the alleged witness testified that the victim did not say no. In fact he wrote down in his notes to follow up with the victim as to why she did not say no.

Just where did the earlier reports that she was sodomized come from? Who,what, or whom cleared up the facts and determined that was a lie?

Who is the aleged witness and why is this witness not being held on charges of being an accesory before, during and after the fact?
