I want to post a picture on here. Could someone explain in a simple/stupid way how I can do it?

The picture must be on a server with URL reference for you to post it.
The html code is as follows: <_img src="URLfilename"_> (remove the underscores)
Thus, if you enter <img src="http://graphics.fansonly.com/schools/tcu/graphics/tcu-tickets-splash-3.jpg"> you get

Yep pokeyjoe has you on the right track. You have to have the picture uploaded to some webspace first. Or you can link to someone else's, but for instance if you link to someone on tripod.com or another similar web hosting service, FR can easily cause that person's site to exceed its bandwidth by the number of downloads of that picture it's going to get. So I usually put the pic up on my own ISP first.
