While in prison, is the state obligated to pay for his monthly nose jobs?Unfortunately, they probably will. They might even pay for the sex change to make Michael Jackson into a man.

When Vietnan veteran John Kerry served in Vietnam, is it clear, as a Vietnam veteran, which side this Vietnam veteran served on?

FYI KENNEDY is slaming the Medicare bill right now....
What? I thought the courts ruled we can remove his whiskey tube - what happened to that?

Remember how drastically changed "Baretta" was? One can only imagine Jackson in jail!

We've either had a lot of those trials or a lot of centuries.

I've always gone back and forth on whether Michael actually molests little boys.
On one hand, it seems that obviously is his MO.
OTOH, he is insane. Perhaps he simply likes living in a fantasy world with the children of negligent parents, who occaisonally attempt to cash in with lawsuits. After all...who the hell sends their kids off to the Neverland Ranch for the weekend???

Fox News they are saying ten years ago Michael Jackson left the country when the kid accused him of masterbating him and oral sex with him. Hired a private jet in Mexico and flew to Europe and stayed there for weeks. May be a flight risk.

This seems like it might be a good time for Paul McCartney to think about offering Michael some money for those McCartney-Lennon songs!

what got him in trouble in the first place?? Yeah, but according to Jackson's lawyers, a little bity .410 gauge isnt a real big pole to begin with.

A conviction would be admisible in a civil case. The only civil issue would be amount of liability. (unlike oj where the case had to be proved up)
Sounds like somebody was not happy with the civil offer.

Can the children's errant parents be charged, too? for pandering perhaps? ala the Ramsey's?
Ew...those pandering Ramseys and their ilk.
Selling out their kids like fresh meat.
Barbecue them all.

The Santa Barbara authority who was speaking at the press conference said you shouldn't let your children go to Neverland Ranch and spend the night, said his kids aren't there~
Michael Jackson hired Marc Geragos....

You're combining "Peter Pan" and "Willy Wonka" in your memory.
"Willy Wonka" was where the the badly-behaved kids met their just desserts. Heh...
In "Peter Pan", Wendy realized that playing Mother to Peter and the Lost Boys was an untenable future, so she and her brothers left NeverNeverLand, returned home to Mom & Dad, and grew up.
