I'm over on ESPN trying to get Beano Cook to answer my question and you are over here asking Tomkow to set an example? He's already done it. This is why we are so dysfunctional. LOL!
To: Flurry
Atlantic Ocean! Hehehe!
To: tomkow6
Thanks Tom for the rubber boat!
My goodness it sure is wet here.

Oh no, ms feather. You are on the computer. May I assume you still have some sort of power? Is the flooding staying outside? Painters inside? Maybe you should call the Coast Guard and have them on standby. Can you swim?

Hmmm. 12 gallon tank. Safe off shore speed in mild conditions 20 knots burning 2 gallons per hour. 35 knots top in calm water burning 3 gallons per hour. Nearest access to the Atlantic, 6 hour tow. Where on the Atlantic?

Yupper on my MAC, I am high and dry in the house.
Outside is a mess. Not to worry Kathy, I am fine.
Power is out only in the west end of town. We get power from 2 sources. I am on the "ON" line! LOL
Swim like a baby whale!

I have one of those for use in lakes only. I've had my 13 ft Boston Whaler Sport 5 miles out in 4 foot chop. Wouldn't take any other 13 foot boat out past swimming distance.

Makes perfect sense to me. I keep mine stowed on top of the truck in case the urge to go fishin strikes or if I get hungry I can flip it over to it's original configuration and eat dinner.
Nothing like a Whaler. They are the best even with that name attached to it that goes before Whaler.

My best friend lives in Fort Morgan and has one of these.
52 ft Ocean Yacht Sport Fisher with twin 860 hp turbo diesels. I hate him. The galley has the same fridge as my house.
