Good. Then he can hand in his resignation tomarrow and hand the mayorship over to a minority to make up for 2000 years white people running London. I hope Livingstone can start paying slave reparation too, after all, England had slavery until the 1830s.

He'd love to tax the hard workers of the UK to send money to Africa - don't encourage him! ;-). But he has no tax-raising powers. He just manages the infrastructure of Greater London: transport mainly. His office isn't his to 'give away' of course. Don't take him so seriously on his political pronouncements. Noone here does.
