Fox news reporting that Scoots called Amber many times a day before Lace went missing, none the day he went fishing,the next day the calls resumed many times a day and there after.

LOL The reporter said Scoots didn't call Amber the day Laci went missing because "he was a very busy man that day" LMAO

My heart still aches over Laci and Conners death as it does for anyone who is murdered.

Scoots is on a road to Fry and it ain't Amber.

The tape around Conners neck sounds like when he emerged from the womb as a coffin birth it sounds like some of the duct tape that was wrapped around Laci snagged on to Conner as he emerged.

Thanks be to God! he created everything so perfect that biologically even in death things have a way of surfacing.

Maybe I'm missing something here....but if it's on tape how can she be discredited? How is her credibility or checkered past of any relevance when his voice is on a tape????

It's busy days like that when you are particulary grateful for Red Bull. This is another one of those SP forehead slappers. SP thinking D'OH! I knew I should have called Amber that day.

Just a guess, but perhaps Geragos would call her as a hostile witness to verify that that is her voice on the recording. Then Geragos could say something like: "Are you sure you weren't too busy while dating 5 OTHER married men and posing nude.....to tape Scott's calls"

Well I wouldn't put it past him either but why would it matter? If his voice is on the tape saying incriminating things does it matter is she is dating five other guys or posing for nude photos? The judge isn't going to care and I don't think a jury would see it as relevant either. Now if she hadn't taped the calls and it's her word against his that's another story. However, anyone's got to be more credible than Scott at this point!

Scott Peterson Ordered To Stand Trial

MODESTO, Calif. -- Scott Peterson will stand trial on two counts of first-degree murder for the death of his wife Laci Peterson and her unborn son, charges that could bring the death penalty, a Stanislaus County Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday.

Judge Al Girolami said prosecutors presented enough evidence over 11 days of testimony to show probable cause that Peterson killed his pregnant wife and dumped her body in San Francisco Bay.

He set an arraignment for Dec. 3 in Modesto.

Stanislaus County investigator Steve Jacobson testified Tuesday that he found records of more than 240 calls between Scott Peterson and his Fresno girlfriend Amber Frey over a three-month period.

Peterson and Frey spoke as often as 16 times a day between Nov. 19 and Feb. 19, and there were very few days when there weren't calls between their phones, including Christmas Eve, when Peterson said he was fishing when his wife Laci disappeared, and Valentine's Day, Jacobson said.

Jacobson also plotted the calls that Peterson made from his cell phone on Dec. 24, tracking the calls by cell towers as Peterson traveled from Modesto to Berkeley and back.

The phone records indicated that Peterson left Modesto close to 11 a.m. and then made calls from Berkeley shortly after 2 p.m., Jacobson said.
