Yes, he is. Every time he opens mouth, he makes OUR case. I don't know how big an audience that program had, but I don't think he did his case any good. He sounds as cold and calculating as a serial killer.

And I am convinced that the challenge to the Constitutionality of Terri's Law is just a red herring that Satan has thrown into the mix to get the focus off of his thriving cult of death and the judges that enable it.

I am beginning to think that this "judge" Baird is more power-mad than George W. Greer. Baird "wants this" in his court so he can "make history." He doesn't want it sent to Tallahassee!

Getting Michael removed as Guardian is THE issue. Everything else is only dmamage control because he remains guardian.

Which is why the frenetic hustle to mow down Terri's Law as quickly as possible. They want to moot the guardianship challenge, which technically does have legs.

Also need to include provisions to have guardianship removed if said spouse engages in these activities after being appointed guardian.

Is there any way to recall Judge Greer? he is elected after all? Anyone familiar with Florida law know the answer to this one?

Even if Judge Greer's ruling stands I would still want to contribute to a re-call campaign just simply to punish him.

I suspect that Felos, in his inner black soul, believes that life is really only for the pretty people who have no conspicuous (read offensive to look at) anomalies and who are as intellectually enlightened as he would like to think he is. He is the puppet of demons.

Friday, November 14th

A Pinellas County circuit court judge has ruled to lift restrictions on arguing the questions of whether "Terri's Law" is constitutional.

That's the law Governor Bush pushed through the most recent legislative session, putting Terri Schiavo back on her feeding tube.

The judge said on Friday that the governor's lawyers have until Monday to submit their briefs supporting the new law. The judge also decided the case will be heard in Pinellas County.

Bush argues the case should be heard in Tallahassee since that's where the bill became law. Terri Schiavo is the Pinellas woman who has been in what some doctors call a "persistent vegetative state" for more than a decade.
