It looks like the Schindlers are being given the run-around by LKL. Would he do that? They would be better appearing on a Monday-Thursday for higher viewership. But they need to get their story out now.

Looks like Terri has been upstaged again by Scott Peterson. Am I missing something? Are the Schindlers going to be on at all or are they just going to give them a tiny, gratuitous clip so they can claim to be balanced? He gave the whole stinkin' hour to the slimeball HINO and his scuzzy lawyer for their lying and grandstanding.

Actually Pinellas Co. was never one of the culturally "backward" parts of FL. It was always in the vanguard of the modern, progressive counties. It sent an all-Republican legislative delegation to Tallahassee as early as 1951. So to see this corruption there makes it all the more unbelievable. I hope that the Pinellas voters are not satisfied with such corruption, particularly within the Republican Party.

Roy is doing better according to the spokesperson. He is able to help structure his own care now, I guess, which means that he could make his own decisions.

Why was a bone scan done a year later?

I don't know and haven't read anything as to possible reasons.

I'm so tired of this Kobe/Peterson coverage - THESE ARE ONLY THE PRELIMINARY HEARINGS. What on earth are they going to do when it is the "real deal?"

Someone brought this up a few weeks ago, when a letter was posted that was written by Mr. Schindler to the hospice when Terri wasn't getting the proper care for a serious respiratory problem she was having. This letter should be included with her hospice records. What if that letter is not turned over with her other medical records? Wouldn't that prove that they are hiding things? Wouldn't it raise the red flag of the possibility of other missing records? Although this particular letter would be in her administrative files, rather than medical. Still, if they are doing a thorough investigation, those records should be turned over too. I think the hospice administrative records would be VERY interesting.

I see you get the irony of her bone-scan and her being "PVS". The fact is, that is just another piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit when you try to give MS the benefit of the doubt. Terri never was really "PVS". She's always been responsive to her therapy, as long as she was receiving it. The fact that Michael has withheld treatment for a UTI in 1993 speaks volumes about his intent. If those who were for Michael would look at only the "facts" of the case, without emotion, they would understand why MS has to be lying about at least a few things. And if he's lying about a few things that can be verified (and are verified) by legitimate documentation, then what more is he lying about that can't be verified with documentation (such as her supposed wishes)?

When someone comes in to an ER unconcious, lab , xray and RT usually called. Labs and a chest xray a give. If a fall even remotely possible necks mobilized and filmed. She was found on the floor so it's reasonable to assume at sometime she might have fell.

Remember the OJ trial? Only instead of live courtroom coverage allowing the viewers to make up their own minds, what we will get is 24/7 coverage filtered through talking heads. I wrote a letter last night to all the Fox News people telling them what I thought of their priorities.

That's why the bone scan was done.

"Felos defined "heterotropic ossification" as "abnormal calcium growth on some portion of the bones" and, citing medical records, said the ossification, or abnormal growth, was due to osteoporosis, or bone loss, which he said could be explained by the combination of Terri's immobility and the anti-seizure medication she was given."

Anti-seizure medication would not likely cause that degree of osteoporosis after only having been on it for slightly more than a year.

"The court concludes that while it might be interesting to pursue the issue of trauma as it may have occurred almost 12 years ago, that has nothing to do with Theresa Marie Schiavo in 2002," Greer said."

Interesting. Odd choice of words. He didn't want to look at it for some reason. It could have everything to do with everything concerning Theresa Marie Schiavo.

Some days I take a nap in the afternoon so I can stay awake for at least part of Noory's show! He starts at 1 AM here in E. TN. If the show content interests me, I listen for an hour or two. The schindlers going on George's show would be reaching far more people over a two hour time than poor ol' Larry King's scarcely watched vignettes.

Well, if that's the case, at $200/hour, this "pro bono" crap should be translated into capital gains appropriated to Michael Shiavo. Let him pay 33% of THAT out of his own pocket at tax time!

I want to know where in the H*%l is the rest of Terri's money??? Where is the balance of the $1M + awarded to HER (not NGFBHINO)??? Where are the dividend reinvestments AND the principal gains that the trust portfolio undoubtedly experienced???? WHERE IS IT??????
