Okay, mea culpa. That probably came across sounding as if I'm for suicide/homicide attacks - which I am NOT - but rather I do support anything that sets back the cause of Islamists.

Need a score card. Terrorists in one country condemning terrorists in another country for being terrorists.

IIRC, Bush (in Sept 2001) said we will pit them against one another...hmmmm.

All it means is that is wasn't an "Hamas-sanctioned" event and they can't take credit for it.

...But killing Iraqis, Italians, Americans and UN workers is okie-dokie for Hammas.

Pathetic vermin.

Hamass would only see the bombing a good think had the target been Jews or westerners. It's wrong to kill Arabs.
Personally, if Arabs want to blow up other Arabs, that's cool. Saves us the trouble and expense. (just kidding)

Homocide Bombers attacking Homocide Bombers. That's a doozy right up there next to Arafart swearing Israel deserves to live in peace!

I'd love to see a battle between Al Queda and Hamas. It would keep them both occupied.

Hamas condemns suicide attack in Riyadh that killed at least 18 people as harmful to Islam.

And yet they were pro-Saddam, a guy responsible for the deaths of at least a million Muslims.

They condemn it because they support the Saudi government because the Saudis give them money.

End of story.

Hamas is a little more rational than Al Qaeda. For the most part they know who their supporters are and they don't want to piss them off. They also have more achievable goals than Al Qaeda and those goals will require international support so for the most part Hamas avoids attacks outside of Israel. Al Qaeda on the other hand is somewhat nuts.

I'm not saying that either organization is virtuous, they are both evil, but Hamas is more like the old Soviet Union and Al Qaeda is more like Nazi Germany. The Soviets were imperialists and were bent on conquest, but they always weighed the risks involved and rarely made any rash decisions. When it was in their interests they contained their aggression. The Nazi's on the other hand took huge risks, made many rash decisions and couldn't contain their aggression even when it was suicidal not to.

I'm guessing that like the Soviet Union, Hamas will outlast Al Qaeda by a great many years.

Does this mean Hamas represents the 'moderate' Muslims?
