Hey I'm not Jay, I'm his evil clone, I have a goatee.
Nice cover with the new tagline Terry, I think you should stay out of his Admin though, despite your best intentions. You and Bonnie's regulations will damage the CA economy, and after Davis we can't afford that right now.

But he won't raise taxes, not in a million years. And that's the bottom line. You sound pretty sure of that so how 'bout this? I live in California. If he does raise taxes, any taxes, you pay my increase, OK?
And no word games like the difference between taxes and fees, licenses, etc. That would be so "Gray Davis". So whad'ya think?
I didn't think so...
To: NormsRevenge
Um, this is what many of us warned about. Still, it's better than having Grayout Doofus or Cruz BustaMEChA in the governor's office.

Great question, I tried getting a commitment to that a while ago, during the election, when these lemmings where pushing their wears even more shrill than now. Now they have a bit of buyer's remorse of their zeal for getting (R)nold elected.
Don't hold your breath on them stepping up to the plate paying that "good" tax increase that has a little R in front of it. These "fiscal conservatives" will scatter like cockroaches when the fridge light comes on once he magically becomes a "lying scumbag" and raises taxes.
Is breaking your campaign promise to repeal the tripling of the Car Tax a tax increase? Well, not in liberal speak- so not to him. When push comes to shove, what you'll get out of the Movie Star Groupie FReepers is the same you got out of (R)nold's cliched campaign..."No Promises."

Another reason why foreign-born should not hold any elective office in the United States: failure to understand the culture and traditions of the host country. May I laminate this?
To: EveningStar
I'm speechless.
To: Chancellor Palpatine
Just consider it a good Veterans' Day chuckle.
To: Tamsey
The damn election results should and probably could have been certified within 15 days of the election.
Davi$ should be roadkill in the rear-view mirror of life.
We need action now, not politically-induced delays in getting to work on restoring the luster to California's once-glowing economy.
Jobs .. Lower Taxes .. Gov't Reform ... NOW ... Please. :-)

Just consider it a good Veterans' Day chuckle.Huh? So in your world, Commando qualifies the Governor-elect as a "Veteran" to make this relevant?
Don't forget Predator, (R)nold has done at least 2 Tours of Duty for his country.

This thread just happened to occur on Veterans' Day. Some of the posts are unintentionally humorous. I see no problem in having a little comic relief on this somber day.

Arnold's picks may not be the best but they are a lot better than Gray's. I am just glad Arnold will be in and Gray will be out come next Monday.
