An Al Qaeda web site is running a warning issued to Muslims to leave Washington, D.C., New York City and Los Angeles because of implied imminent terrorist attacks, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.

— President Bush appeared to have a spring in his step Thursday after news heralded the economy had doubled its rate of growth over this summer and reduced one of his greatest political liabilities heading into an election year.

"The economic figures for the third quarter show that the economy grew at an annual rate of 7.2 percent. That's the fastest growth we've had in nearly 20 years. Consumers with extra cash from the tax cuts earlier this year increased their spending at the fastest rate in 15 years," Bush told workers at a factory in Columbus, Ohio.

Businesses like the one the president visited have finally started spending more as well, a double dose of encouraging news that lifted the economy and gave Bush license to claim his economic policies have been vindicated.

"The tax relief we passed is working. We left more money in the hands of the American people, and the American people are moving this economy forward," Bush said.

Though economists differ on how much of a role the tax cut played, no one disputes it was one of several factors that lit a fire under consumers and the economy

"Part of it is the refinancing earlier this year. Part of it is because the stock market is doing better and people psychologically feel better. But a decent-sized chunk of this is the tax cut," said Greg Valiere, chief strategist of the Schwab Washington Research Group (search).

But not everyone thinks the economy is in such great shape. Democrats who have made the issue one of their chief criticisms of Bush, said Thursday's numbers are welcome news, but they are being built on the backs of future generations.

It shouldn't be surprising the economy is growing because the government has been writing hundreds of billions of dollars of "hot checks," said Sen. Kent Conrad (search), D-N.D., pointing to the $374 billion deficit in the last fiscal year.

Democrats added that growth in gross domestic product (search) needs to be accompanied by more jobs.

"Where are the jobs? The American people will not settle for, nor should the Republicans celebrate, a jobless recovery," said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (search), D-Calif.

The economy has lost more than 3 million jobs since Bush was inaugurated, but several forecasts now predict the economy will create 1 to 1.5 million jobs over the next year.


"You can make the argument that the employment picture is turning and turning significantly. I think hiring will pick up. I think the unemployment rate, which is now 6.1, will be down to 5 ½ by late spring," Valiere said.

Already, companies have greatly increased their hiring of temporary workers, the last step before they start creating more full-time jobs.

And more stimulus is on the way, say supporters of the president. This year's tax rate cuts and marriage penalty breaks went into effect in July but are retroactive to January, meaning taxpayers will get back another $30 billion or so when they file their taxes next spring, just as the presidential campaign gets into full swing.

These dreams seem to indicate that mid-town, east side of Manhattan may be hit with terrorism, an atomic missile attack that would directly affect the people, trains and subways, the tunnels, bridge(s), buildings, hospital and electric power. The dreams also reveal God's healings, miracles, protection in His glory and walking on water as we keep our focus on the great I Am, Lord God Almighty.

Some dreams indicate timing may be mid November. This event would affect the USA and world, and may trigger war.

[QX: THE LATTER IS THE MOST SERIOUS ASPECT. I believe God will spare us a while longer if sufficient intercession is engaged in. But lots of our opponents are champing at the bit to see us bite the dust--with their help.]

Over the past five years I have had numerous and a series of dreams regarding NYC. This latest series increased in intensity and frequency in October. They are similar in style and pattern to other dreams, including WTC dreams, that have happened (this is that). The dreams/visions are a combination of symbols, voices and literal unfolding of night visions and relate to each other as in a TV/movie
series.

Summary of Pertinent Dreams

Nov 1, 2001, Vision of mid town, east side destruction:

Following prayers asking Him to use me (as he had) to spy out the plans of the enemy, I received 3 KEY dreams.

Dream [A] 1 depicts 4 angels from 4 corners being activated, becoming strong and moving all around. Rev 7:1 I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, .another angel having the seal of the living God.and he cried to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the seas, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Dream [A] 2: I am praying with an intercessor in my house, that is not my home. The House of Prayer is right outside my window. This is an accurate, literal, this is that picture of where I am currently for a season at IHOP/KC almost two years after this dream. The Lord directed me here this fall through a series of dreams. Where I am living looks out on IHOP (International House of Prayer)

Dream [A] 3, scene [A] 1: I am invited by an Oriental man to join a group of banker/lawyer/investment type NYC men as an observer, at a gathering with their families at a beach club.

Scene [A] 2: I open the door and before me was a real picture of the destroyed World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan/Wall Street. I am then being moved on a conveyor belt uptown past the WTC site, past several intact buildings and then the conveyor belt stops.

I am surveying another area that is wrecked and demolished similar to the WTC site. There is a smashed curve of an overhead highway/bridge, fallen steel beams, crushed debris and heavy digging equipment. There is so much wreckage before me, as if bombed out, that I am unable to distinguish the avenue uptown, but know it is mid town east side of Manhattan. To my right is a Quonset hut (WWII temporary buildings/houses) sitting on top of debris. A man covered with white debris says they are living there and waiting for a place to live. Some are not waiting and are walking up over narrow rubble, crumbled concrete path. I see the subway is all blocked off with debris.

The conveyor belt trip is a vision/literal interpretation of the WTC site with all the evidence of the destruction taking me swiftly up town where I see all the intact buildings along the way until reaching mid-town, east side of Manhattan. The description of what I am being shown speaks for itself. This is similar to the visions in the series of dreams about the WTC that I saw literally after the fact.

October 18, 2003 Vision upper east side of Manhattan, Commotion seen from plane

Amidst the intensity and frequency in both Sept and Oct of several warning dreams for the USA and NYC, I received the following 4 dreams Oct 18th pertaining to NYC with details that unlocked understanding of several prior dreams and perhaps timing.

Dream [B] 1: I see a large shimmering covering. I know the dream is hidden under this cloth. This shimmering covering has appeared in other dreams and I believe indicates that the understanding of the dream may refer back to prior dreams, i.e., it is hidden in prior dreams.

Dream [B] 2: An older friend is taking a trip with my husband (in real life my husband is deceased). I know this may indicate that she is going home to be with the Lord from prior dream language where certain signs indicate timing. This friend is well and healthy. I know in the spirit that she is going soon to NYC. I ask her and indeed she actually is visiting NYC Nov 14 for a week. Could this indicate the timing of the above events?

Dream [B] 3: Scenes with a man that depicts drunkenness, lust and illegal money dealings in Manhattan. This man is working with a friend who has lost his family and children, and is now working with other families and children. The boss man is operating on the dark edge of the law. A cameo appearance from above is showing purity trying to live with this spirit. This seems to represent a Babylonian spirit stealing Gods children and how can righteousness live with Babylon spirit.

[B] Scene/Vision: I am in a cab, Holy Spirit is the driver, going downtown though dark, rainy, abandoned night streets of east side Manhattan. We are unable to get to where we were going as 72nd Street is blocked. We get out at 42nd Street, near Grand Central Station. The blocked off area is due to destruction as per vision in Nov 1, 2001 a KEY dream to the interpretation where I am on the conveyor belt ride/ movie from WTC site up town to mid town, east side of Manhattan surveying destruction of buildings, bridge, subway station one of the dreams hidden under shimmering cloth, Nov 1, 2000 dream.

[B] In twilight sleep I hear there is something about a woman with a green card issue and then again in twilight sleep, I see a headline with the name (of a well known USA prophet/intercessor) and other prophets. A word this prophet gave in Oct confirms the content of several of these dreams:

Dream [B] 4, scene [B] 1: depicts a family that is not listening to the signs or the words explaining to them that the sign is good and will bring change.

[B] Scene 2, I am high up in a plane and am seeing something happening around/on an island in the ocean (Manhattan is an island). Something is moving toward this island; there is much commotion.

[B] The plane I am in changes course abrubtly and dives toward the island. During the descent I enter a glory cloud of peace (which indicates the protection of the Lord for those with His mark and remain in His spirit). Then we are getting on a train and are immediately escorted off by the conductor who tells us the train isnt running any more.

[B] People have come to go to the hospital, but the hospital is closed down. The train not running and hospital closed down reflect the result of missile attack. Cross reference Nov 1, 2000 dream above and July 19, 2001 dream below that represent dreams under shimmering cloth.

September 27, 2003, End time assignments, Staten Island Ferry, Lights out:

[D4] Scene 1- In this dream I am riding up and down Manhattan at night on an end time assignment with friends from NYC. We are hearing and knowing that something is up. Time is tight. There is something about a schedule and going back and forth on a ferry (Staten Island ferry).

[D5] In real life, within a week of receiving this dream, the Staten Island ferry hit a pier killing 11 people. Schedule could indicate timing and/or sequence of events.

[D6] Scene 2 - a NYC judge is holding an unhinged wooden door and is asking me if our mutual NYC friend can stay with me as her lights are out. Does the judge holding wooden door represent Christ as Judge? Humanity? Does unhinged mean the door is neither open, nor closed, that the judge is allowing it. Lights out may indicate spiritual lights out and/or electric power goes out.

[D7] The judge is also telling me that her circumstance in needing a place to stay is his fault, that he forgot something important and was forgetting things due to doing too many things at once. Double tasking it was affecting his brain. He was also saying that it happens to many prophets. Is this a warning to be single minded?

March 26, 2003, Missile/Atomic bomb:

[[[[D8]]]] In this dream I am riding in an atomic missile above earth. The man who has the controls willingly hands them over to another man. This man puts the missile into a rapid dive toward earth. A scuttle for control ensues. The first man regains control and the missile lands in brush. Those in charge are unable to get it out. Then I am directed to drive it out. We land on tarmac, however this missile continues to move on its own and butts a wall. I command it to Stop. This struggle in the heavenly realm/prayer and in the natural politically has been going on. Perhaps this represents a close call with missiles that was diverted diplomatically... Perhaps this is depicting a struggle for control of nuclear power amongst the nations. Prayer is urgent to lessen terrorist destruction and/or victory through prayer in the Spirit.

March 28, 2003, Security Key for NYC:

[[D9.1]] In this dream I retrieve my NYC apartment key from a pastor who has it on his key ring. Folders begin unfolding revealing people and shapes regarding an assignment and organization. This may represent key NYC dreams unfolding like a scroll.

[[[D9.2]] Then I am in a huge building with wide corridors; we are listening for planes flying overhead. I sense this may represent the defense department in natural and spiritual, listening and watching as on computer screens.

[[[10.1]]] In this dream I am standing on an east coast shore with a WWII generation couple. Three huge, gigantisized battle ships, the first an aircraft carrier, loom into sight coming toward us up close and along the shoreline from left to right.

[[[10.2]]] A few people begin walking out on the water across the bow of the first air craft carrier. Someone calls out from the shore and tells them to come back. Those who turn back begin to sink. The WWII man was a marine Captain in that war.

[[[10.3]]] East coast shore could be the Groton (naval sub base) where we all live. Left to right may represent potential to actual. This could represent the beginnings of another war, perhaps world wide. Walking on the water represents signs, wonders and miracles, His greater works for those who remain in Him.
