Michael Moore: Americans Are Stupid P****s
PABAAH: Patriotic Americans Boycotting Anti-American Hollywood ^

Posted on 11/05/2003 1:16:12 PM PST by jonalvy44

...Take his deion of his fellow countrymen and their blind pursuit of the American Dream: "They are possibly the dumbest people on the planet... in thrall to conniving, thieving, smug pricks.

"We Americans suffer from an enforced ignorance. We don't know about anything that's happening outside our country. Our stupidity is embarrassing. National Geographic produced a survey which showed that 60 per cent of 18-25 year olds don't know where Great Britain is on a map. And 92 per cent of us don't own a passport."

Michael Moore: Americans Are Stupid P****s

He would make a great Frenchman. Here's a great pairing for that new liberal talk network - how about moore & franken? Man, that would rock. Two stupid white guys.

I clicked on this thread just to say --- who gives a darn about Moore? Why give him ANY of your attention? He's just another stupid video producer. He's not even interesting. Don't put more wood on his fire by paying attention to his rants and thus feed his desire to be somebody.

The only way he should be given attention is to perhaps interview his mother about his potty-training period and how ineffective it was.

Lumpy Reifenstahl has realized that he can sell AntiAmericanism both at home and abroad. The rest of the world is happy to show Michael Moore as the fat loutish American; Mikey is the new face of the Ugly American.

This book, Stupid White Men, has sold now over four million copies worldwide. Probably about half of that may be in the U.S. and Canada, and the rest, overseas.

Lumpy's been banging this drumbeat this week while questioning Bush's connection to the Saudi Royals:

Was this really a terrorist attack on September 11, or was it a military attack? Why is it always called a terrorist attack? Why isn't it called a military attack? It sure looked like a military attack to me. If you know anything about flying a plane, if you're going 586 miles an hour, you know, the World Trade Center, those buildings were like a block wide. I mean, if you're off by a centimeter, you know, that plane is in the East river.

To hit it that directly, to do it twice, these people knew what they were doing, and they did not learn how to do that at a flight training school on a video game. They did not learn how to do that there.

And I think some questions need< to be asked about what involvement did the Saudi military possibly have in either training these people, or were these rogue elements within the Saudi royal family or Saudi military?

The answer to this is if the Saudi military trained the hijackers then we would HAVE to find ourselves at war with Saudi Arabia. Somehow I doubt that Michael Moore would support that war either; this is all about turning over stones to see what he can throw at the Bush family. It's not about killing rogue nations and protecting America.

We all know where Great Britain is, right at our side like the faithful friends they've always been. Just like they know where we are, at THEIR side.

As to not owning a passport, why would we need one? You want skiing? We've got it, you want culture? We've got that too. You want beautiful landscapes? Got it. You want people who speak foreign languages.....:o).....we got that too.

I've also found some comments from Michael's recent Pacifica interview with Amy Goodman (the talking points for these interviews have largely been the same)...

Here's he's actually laying some blame on Bill Clinton (of course it is where he's saying that some Democrats are really Republicans):

Home of the Whopper Amy Goodman, October 29, 2003

Now, Wesley Clark, you know, I think, you know, look, we’ve—Bush has got to go. Bush has got to go. Now, I don’t see that meaning anybody but bush. I just don’t think that’s a good position to take. Sometimes we’re worse off when we have a Democrat in there who is, you know, saying he’s a Democrat, but, you know, acting like a Republican. I think, you know, and most of the Democrats, let’s face it, they’re funded by the same people that fund the Republicans. This is two sides of the same coin, and oftentimes the Democrats, they talk a nicer line. They’re for the people, they’re for the unions. They’re for all this. And that’s why they’re able to get away, in some cases, like with Clinton, with much worse stuff.

You know, the best example I have, I know personally is just in my own hometown of Flint, Michigan. Flint was devastated during the Reagan and Bush years, but we lost many more jobs during the Clinton-Gore years. And was really—the nail was put in the coffin during a time we had a Democratic president in office, and he completely ignored places like Flint, Michigan. But I think we’re at a real crisis situation here with Bush. And so we’ve got to figure out, what can we do to beat this guy?

The explantion for this is simple. Our public schools are heavily influenced by the National Educators ASSociation and real learning is no longer tolerated. Success is when our graduates tow the party line, are too dumb to realize the true evil of the Rats and communists, and above all feel good about themselves! If you read the NEA charter, Karl Marx seems tame in comparison. Moore is a babbling idiot.

That's probably because America is the best place in the world to be, and Americans are the best people in the world to be with. I love this country.

I like America and it is great that you are patriotic, but simply saying I dont care about the rest of the world is immature and re-inforces that 'arrogant and ignorant' reputation that smears America. You should be concerned if the populace is less than knowledgeable..........life is about experiencing as much as you can..........
