If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

There's a new thread here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1015794/posts regarding yesterday's guardianship decision. kcv1 just posted a CV on it for one of Shiavo's attorneys, Scott Swope. It shows that Swope was a Pinellas County Deputy Sheriff from 1988-1994. I might be getting tired here, but isn't there some connection between Sheriff Everett Rice of Pinellas County and Judge Greer? Something related to Hospice?

Dear ,

I urge you to immediately investigate past and present
criminal abuse against Terri Schindler-Schiavo. Evidence
previously sealed at the instruction of Michael Schiavo
leaves little doubt that Terri was victim of a violent crime.

I direct you to reports from a bone scan showing multiple
Fractures, the cause of which has not been determined:

Forensic expert Dr. Baden declared that the signs point
at accidental or intentional violence and should have been
investigated. How was it possible for Terri's guardian to
prevent inquiry into the cause of evident trauma? How was
it further possible for Michael Schiavo to keep records of the
injuries from Terri's family in contravention of a court order?

How did Terri's hospitalization for a head injury lead to a
diagnosis of heart attack? Heart attacks don't result in head and
neck trauma and multiple fractures in the victim's body. Who
was responsible for ignoring the examining radiologist's statement,
"somebody worked her over pretty good?"

Michael Schiavo should have been eager to discover who or
what caused his wife's injuries. Instead, he hid the records for
ten years. Are these the actions of a guardian acting in the best
interest of his ward? Does it not raise the suspicion that Michael
Schiavo sought to obscure his own instrumentality in producing
his wife's injuries?

As an official charged with upholding Florida laws and protecting
Florida citizens you are eminently qualified to determine the facts
concerning Terri's condition. These facts will come out sooner or
later, but it is a matter of life and death for Terri Schindler-Schiavo
that they come out sooner. There is no more time to lose in the
protection of a disabled woman whose death is being sought so
tenaciously by the person who may be responsible for her condition.

There is the story. That POS is the whole story himself. You want to get a photo to put next to it of him with his new girldfriend.. fine they are adults.

We do not need tabloid journalism to be going around scaring children and taking photos. The pro death , anti -terri crowd arecertain they are right about killing Terri, because they do not know any of the story, not because they don't know about the kids. You want us to appeal ti the NE, why not a photo of the husband like this with Terri and then the sotries of him killing his mother and Dad the same way. Interesting huh?

Hwo about the NE does a story of Michael's ex grildfriends, why not bring the transripts of the nurses who have tessified that Terri was mistreated to the NE.

I disagree with using the kids. IT isn't going to change anyones mind, it is hurtful to the kids, and it will do more harm to our case than good.

Everytime someone on this thread makes a statement about Terri's condition, and then in a subsequent post someone else says that the family doesn't have access to her medical records, I always think, "THEN HOW IS IT THAT WE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HER MEDICAL CONDITION?"

What ever happen to 33% lawyer fees/costs, so far Felo$
had taken over $500,000.00 of Terri Rehab money.

I agree with that. Have the Judge look into the third child. That makes sense. I will e-mail that message to the judge, to bay9 news. I don't have a problem with getting the info to the any other media, I am fairly sure they already know. Judge Greer needs to know, or have the State Police, FBI,
State Atty Office,etc.. investigate this, it's important
,because it might explain better, and shine the light into
why Terri and MS were having alot of fights 13+ yrs ago.

MS was working at McDonalds as a night manager and arrived
at the apt at @ 2 AM. Hours before we have Terri friend
Ms. R____ telling Terri not to go over-there(Refering to
her apt)..Terri told friend(s) and brother about fights,DIVORCE, and she would go home and pretent she was asleep when MS arrived late, but at @ 4AM(+/-) Terri is on the floor by the bathroom. MS calls brother, he calls 911.
(there should be records/logs of that call at CPD?)...

We have this statement by K.W. writing of MS many relationships with other women.(not confirmed,yet)

Yes, her name is Eleanor Centzone, and she was bossing the Schindlers around during the death vigil of their daughter. Some people in FL don't mind that. Schiavo said on Larry King Live that Jodi Centzone did more for Terri than had Mrs. Schindler. And a segment of America wants to believe Schiavo SO BADLY, doesn't it?
