TERRI'S FIGHT
(Thread 5 - November 5-7)
(Link back to Thread 4 - Nov. 3-4)
.
Contained in Thread 4:
.
Resource links to search business and criminal records in Florida, info on special guardian ad litum meeting (attempt to change qualifications?), Michael Schiavo parody, link to referral letter for Dr. Hammersfahr to the Nobel committee, transcript to Abrams Report closing commments - Nov.3, e-mail address for Larry King Live, Florida statutes on guardianship and some damning statements against Michael.

This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.
If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.
I know we're all getting tired, but we have to hang in there. This isn't just Terri's fight anymore. It is our fight too. To everyone who has worked tirelessly to gather information, write letters, make phone calls, spend time in prayer, be at the vigil supporting Terri's family and all the many other offerings you have given for this effort, thank you and may the Lord richly bless you.

No, I hadn't. So now what....the
lowlife, judges in Pinellas county are going to break the law and hold the
governor hostage in their kangaroo court?

Clearwater judge turns down Bush move to dismiss Schiavo lawsuit I could understand the jurisdictional issue, maybe. But what about the other issues raised in the motion?

I wish I had all the answers..*sigh*... gonna have to do some research and see what I can find.
To: nicmarlo
Look like the Judge is not planning on playing by the rules. Can't say I'm suprised considering the railroading of Clearwater Judges in Terri's case to predetermined ends. What's next?

(A good site to visit is http://www.terrisfight.org . Oct. 15th 2pm death order must be stopped)

IMHO, they'll play this out, and Bush's attorney's will have the ability to appeal this evil Judge's decision, if it is adverse to Bush. They may have already been given a gift for several reasons to appeal. (However, they'd be appealing to the Florida Supremes, I suppose, another Kangaroo Court).
To: Snykerz
You know, I am starting to despise these judges as much as I loathe democRATs. They are ALL part of the same problem....operation Communist USA full speed ahead.

What's next? Keep praying.....and you can bet Bush's attorneys will be working very hard all weekend to craft an answer that backs the judge into making yet more appealable errors.
To: sweetliberty
Well, it look like they're trying to do just that.
Judge Greer must be calling in his buddies to run interference for him.
They just threw the ball back in Jeb's lap.

Nancy Cruzan required no skilled nursing, no care but food and fluids, hygiene and turning to prevent bedsores. Indeed, she didn't require tube feeding. But Cranford testified that he would even consider spoon-feeding for Nancy Cruzan to be "medical treatment". Dr. Cranford has written that he foresees "that there may be extreme situations, and in the future increasingly common situations, where physician-assisted suicide may not only be permissible, but encouraged." In an op-ed piece for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star-Tribune, Dr. Cranford advocated the starvation of Alzheimer's patients. Granny better hope and pray she remembers her grandkids' birthdays if Dr. Cranford gets his way. Dr. Cranford is one of the leaders of the Death Crusade. He sees death as a solution to the problems posed by the elderly and disabled, and so wants more of it. George Felos demonstrates where he is coming from and what he is after by employing him. There are hundreds of thousands of elderly people in Florida, posing what Cranford called "challenges and costs" to society. A win in Terri's case would set a legal precedent, allowing Felos and the other acolytes of the euthanasia movement to help all those people to shuffle off this mortal coil a little more quickly than otherwise.

Or in the words of the now infamous character in the movie Zorro, The Gay Blade (imagine a very heavy Latino accent):

Remember the presidential election and their decisions. I will NEVER forget, not for as long as I live. (BTW, the "I suppose" was not meant to be the I suppose the Florida Supremes are a kangaroo court....rather, that they'll appeal, I suppose. : )

Did I leave anything out with this "model husband."Yes
7. He melted down her wedding and engagement rings
8. He used to check the mileage on her car after she went out.
Plus, he put her cat/cats to sleep.
To: nickcarraway; sweetliberty
thanks for updating with that info on the "Model Husband."
sweetliberty, at some point in time, it may be worthwhile to have and highlight an "Exhibit A," the type of person Felos and the lefts consider a "Model Husband."
To: nickcarraway

He answered: Um, I think I took her engagement ring and her...what do they call it...diamond wedding band and made a ring for myself.
