Clearwater judge turns down Bush move to dismiss Schiavo lawsuit

I could understand the jurisdictional issue, maybe. But what about the other issues raised in the motion?

IMHO, they'll play this out, and Bush's attorney's will have the ability to appeal this evil Judge's decision, if it is adverse to Bush. They may have already been given a gift for several reasons to appeal. (However, they'd be appealing to the Florida Supremes, I suppose, another Kangaroo Court).
