In addition, the kill markings on American aircraft used swastikas too.

You are correct and in fact that symbol was very frequent on american aircraft prior to Hitler. If you are ever in Washington go see the Spirit of St. Louis in the air and space museum. Look inside the nose cone of the plane and you will see a large swastika painted there.

No matter how much one gives in to these race baiters, they want more. They are only welfare sucks that are living off the government teat. I am offended because my state is not represented at the St. Cloud VA and my tax money goes to support the VA there. Last I heard Mississippi was still a state in the Union. If the South were to seceede again the military would lose 70% of their manpower.

How intolerant! I am offended by the actions of this man.

Pretty soon you'll develop a trauma, so you should definitely sue him.

The United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, held in case No. 96-8149, 'After carefully reviewing the record, and drawing all inferences in the light most favorable to appellant, we find no evidence of a similar discriminatory impact imposed by the Georgia flag. ... [T]here is no evidence that Georgia requires appellant to carry or display the flag or to participate in ceremonies honoring the flag. The mere fact that appellant may on some occasions be required to enter public buildings that fly the Georgia flag does not infringe upon his First Amendment rights.'

"Where do they get lawyers willing to put their names on worthless frivolous actions like this anyway. "

In most law schools and in virtually all Law offices

"Yikes, I hope he never goes to Stone Mountain or sees a picture of Stone Mountain. We'll have to blow the rock up! "

The guy would have a heart attack if he went into the restaurant there. The waitresses are dressed up like slaves (though some are white and some black) and our waitress there was a black lady with a nametag that said "Muffin." In this day and age, I'm amazed the stuff at Stone Mountain has lasted so long.

So when the "majority" of Americans or residents of your state vote to ban all guns or deprive white males of life or tax you at 90% will you scream about "majority rule?"

We are a Republic, not a "mobocracy." Maybe if you were part of the small conservative minority here in New York, you could appreciate it.

The problem is with frivoulous lawsuits, not "minority rights."

filed suit against the center, its director, the secretary of veterans affairs and President George W. Bush.

I really don't understand why Tiny Tim that lovable entertainer we all remember wasn't included in this lawsuit. OK, I can think of one minor reason but that's it.

Been to Six Flags amusement parks lately? There are still six flags but guess which one is missing. I can't remember what flag they put up in place of the one they took down. Talk about revisionist history. Six Flags is about the number of flags that once flew over Texas. Guess it's now Five flags.

Majority rules in this country, like it or not.

The great experiment of this country's founding was that the individual was protected from the majority. Majority rule is "mob" rule.

He said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, nightmares, eating disorders and other maladies as a result of seeing them

This dude must be really old to have served during the civil war.

Why is it that every moron with a cause believes that he should name President Bush in a frivolous lawsuit?

It has been said many times around here, but I would like to know exactly which part of the Constitution mentions the right to not be offended.

In his lawsuit, Coleman said the symbols are equivalent to the Nazi swastika. He said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, nightmares, eating disorders and other maladies as a result of seeing them.

Coleman, you big f------ baby!
