I believe that it was taken around the time of the malpractice trial. At least that is what someone posted. Her parents also used to take her home and to the mall and on other outings. They would fix her up and have her hair and make-up done. After the award, the HINO put a stop to all that. I don't think she has even been allowed to go outside for years, other than to be transported from one facility to another.

Here is the content of the last email I got regarding that issue:

"As much as I would like to give you all the lowdown on that one I am not at liberty to say anything yet. Sorry about that. Stay tuned."

I guess you can take it several ways. One would certainly be the way you took it. Another could be that it is completely bogus information. I think the truth is likely somewhere in between.

We don't know who might be involved or what might be at stake. Yes, it COULD be very important. There is also the possibility that even if it was positively known to the public, or even to the courts, that given the history in this case, it wouldn't make one whit of difference. Yes, it should, but the Florida courts do not seem to be concerned for "should" or "should not." Maybe the writer of that letter is protecting someone (who?) and maybe the original letter was written in an emotional outburst and she had no way of knowing the exposure it would get.

I have been forwarding these threads to her, and from my correspondence with her, I believe she cares about Terri and wants to do whatever she can to help. I hope she will talk to someone and straighten this out though, although I understand that some of the players in this hugh stakes game don't like to be crossed and would certainly not be above intimidation tactics.

Ultimately, it is a spiritual battle and it is God in whom we must trust. We should pray for her, and for all who have damning information that are afraid to come forward. It is truth and the Consitution and our future that is on trial here. It's not just Terri's fight anymore.

I just got back from JAX. I was surprised my son knew about Terri. He said it was on "all the news" Not only did he know about her, but he knew what JB had done. (This is the one that I had to remind that his gov was up for re-election awhile back and to go vote lol). Anyway, he knew that she wasn't comotose but stated it didn't make any difference because no one should be starved to death. Word is getting out, folks :')

All good questions. Judging by other information that has turned up, it doesn't look as if Michael is any stranger to "creative" bookkeeping and name-altering tricks. So yeah, there is certainly that possibility. And let's not forget that both he and Terri grew up in Pennsylvania and made regular visits there. Is it so far-fetched to think that Michael might have rekindled an old flame on one of those trips? Seems everybody that has searched records has done so in Florida.

Another possibility is that there are no records. There would only be records, necessarily, if there were a divorce or a paternity suit for the purpose of collecting child support. If he were paying support in cash, there wouldn't necessarily be any record of it. When my ex-husband and I were divorced, that is how he did it. The only record of it was that he would pay an amount that had been agreed upon by both of us. The payments never went through the courts.

He grew up in Levittown, Pa., near Philadelphia. I don't know where he went to high school. I don't suppose it would be too hard to find out though.

If he's paying child support, I don't think this would hurt him if it is true. If he isn't paying child support and he fathered a child, then it adds to Michael's selfish nature.

I think this may be a red herring. If the person who originally claimed this to be true will not back it up.

No, I don't think he has to (unless he was claiming the child on his returns), but can if he thinks it would benefit him. Perhaps it wouldn't make enough of a difference to be of any benefit and he would be better served to not do so. I mean, if he is paying in cash, there is the possibility that his motive for doing so may be to keep it quiet.
