The death culture is winning the war on our minds obviously. This shows how much power the media has. Frightening!
I knew this was coming a few years ago when I heard a converstation in a booth behind me in a coffee shop. The people were discussing a "loved one" who needed a transplant, but because that person had brought the problem on himself, by not eating right, etc. etc. the family was plotting how to stop the relative from getting help he didn't deserve!

I called FOX News 1-212-301-3000 and asked for Dana Blanton. Got her voice mail. Said the poll is incorrect since the questions posed were incorrect. What else can we do?

No, the facts are not on Judge Greer's side. Many people reading the news think that she is a vegetable. Many of the news organizations are getting their info from the husband and George Felos. I think if they really knew the truth, they would be appalled! I think Michael Schiavo is trying to put his wife out of his misery.

Starving Terri to death is not death with dignity. This is not a "pull the plug" issue.
She recognizes her mother. Nurses have said she responds to different stimuli. Her husband was awarded huge sums of money for her rehabilitation, but after he got the money he did not spend one dime on rehabilitation.
This case is a potential crime being covered up. There is a very good chance of foul play by the husband. He may have tried to strangle her, but only succeeded in causing brain damage instead. The bone scan indicates a history of abuse. Michael had her medical records sealed for 10 years.

I think if they really knew the truth, they would be appalled!I agree but if we can't count on FOX News to get it straight (FAIR AND BALANCED), we're doomed. Terri is doomed.

I, and apparently the majority of Americans, believe in "Death with Dignity". There is no dignity in this circus. There is no dignity in murder.....

if there's only 50K or so left, then his motivation can't be money. If he turned down a free pass to go away with her girlfriend (Were they together prior to TS' incapacitaion?) then the reason wouldn't be honey. what ARE his motivations? Does he hate that much?

Call FOX News 1-212-301-3000 and tell them the poll is wrong because the questions that were posed were wrong.

Oops - a real poll, not one on the internet, entered over and over and over by the same people. Think any concern is yet being felt in Tallahassee?

In 2001, the Schindlers submitted an affidavit by Dr. Webber stating that therapy could improve Terri's condition.
Mostly based on Dr. Webber's affidavit, the Florida Second District Court ordered a brand-new evidentiary hearing with five medical doctors. These doctors had access to Terri's record, were allowed to perform any medical tests or scans on Terri, were also authorized to examine Terri personally.
All the doctors were video taped during their Terri's examination, and the court ordered that all-expenses be paid out of Terri's trust fund.
These five doctors were:
2 neurologists chosen by Schiavo.
1 neurologist chosen by the court.
1 radiologist and 1 neurologist chosen by the Schindlers.
Althought the appeals court anticipated Dr. Webber to testify in the evidentiary hearing conducted in 2002, Dr. Webber did not show up.
Instead the Schindlers had to make do with a radiologist and a neurologist who has his license on probation.
As expected, the experts chosen by the Schindlers testified that Terri was not in Persistent Vegetative State.
On the other hand, the other three experts testified that she was in either Persistent Vegetative State or Permanent Vegetative State.
Of course, this mantra you hear that the Schindlers were not allowed to present their doctors is false. The Schindler's experts were not convincing to the trial court, or to the appeals court that reviewed all the video tapes, the transcripts, test results, brain scans, etc.
