LOL!!! I didn't put what I really would like to do with these folks! I cannot believe how the politicians pandered to the environmentalists which have allowed all our forests to get in the shape there are in so fires can spread so fast.

I was trying to call a friend in Bridlewood off Espola right near Poway High. There was no answer but I did get a machine. I think they were evacuated after we were yesterday.
I'm not sure of the Garden School. If that is near Garden Road, I heard there was a lot of devastation over there.

I called my friends in east El Cajon, east Chula Vista, and south Poway, they were evacuated but fine. They went back this morning and the houses still standing. We started to get some help from waterbombing (why it takes this long???)

I just drove north on DeSoto, where the 118 freeway is closed, and you can see that the fire has started making it's way DOWN the SF Valley side of the hills in Chatsworth.
