Hehehehe! That was funny. I know. He reminds me of a litigious "Carrie"!

"we need to see a lie detector test, too, I think." Oh like that's ever going to happen. There are so many lies in this case that the needle would shut down under the overload from all the activity.

"It now looks like Greta Van Sustrin has to be added to Cnancellor Paplatine's libel suit list doesn't it?" He's going to be a busy boy. So many people to sue, so little time. Are we sure he isn't George Felos?

" the particular branch that Terri is in is going to be shut down after her "euthanasia" if it takes place" That is very interesting. Can you elaborate?

"How much does Judge Greer's "legally blind" status weigh in here?"None. The bulk of the problems in this case comes from the perjured med testimony and Greer's failure to check the validity of that testimony. He didn't have to use his own eyes to check, he could have asked for assistance. The condition of his sight also shouldn't effect his ability to pick up contradictory statements within the testimonies and have those contradictions removed. There's also the question of how he came to find and choose the neurologist from Ohio, that ended up perjuring himself bigtime. He's the one in the balloon video, that testified in court that Terri was unresponsive.

The dope on the Woodbridge branch of the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast closing down after Terri's dehydration death is here:
http://www.hospicepatients.org/multiple-health-violations.html
Would you believe both RATS and relatives of my screen name critter??????!!!! Even when non venomous reptiles of any kind can present grave Salmonella danger to patients like those that enter hospice. We amateur herp keepers know that danger quite well and take steps against it like the washing of hands with anti bacterial soap after handling our charges or cleaning their terrariums.

Suggestion, sweetliberty. Could we have a running, live thread for the Michael and Larry Show? Then ping hole_n_one for capture of some screen shots ...

If the husband had no money, Felos wouldn't give him the time of day. The husband provided the cash and a dramatic case to stage career enhancement, push his ideas and provide fill for his books.

The CNN poll now shows those for Terri at 59% and those against 41%.
Let us see if we can get the numbers for Terri in the 60's before Larry King meets Michael. OK? Pass it on to others and vote if you haven't.

A Catholic priest named Fr. Rob Johansen is in Florida to take part in the vigil for Terri Schiavo. He's writing a blog telling his experiences. If you want a counter to the Schiavo info you're getting from the media, this is the place.

Do we really want to start another thread for that, or should we just continue this one? Seems there is so many threads now that it is hard to keep track of them all. I will be happy to start a live thread if that's what y'all want to do though. Either way, hole_n_one, we'd appreciate it if you'd do the honors.
Terri's Army ping to post #408. Input please?
If you want on or off the Terri's Army ping list please let me know.

"One has to remember the last attempt was only A WEEK AGO through starvation and dehydration NOT four years ago." Good point, but would it qualify as an attempted murder legally since permission was granted by the courts? And if not, could that status be modified if it could be shown that the court made its decision based on false information?

To: longtermmemmory
That's pretty good idea actually. Let's see what others have to say.

" At each of those failures, I became enraged and lashed out. I felt so helpless." So let's see....Michael is telling the truth and the nurse and the 2 NA's are lying. Well, if that is true, then where are the nurses swearing that Michael is telling the truth? Surely there were more than 3 nurses and aides involved in Terri's care for all those years.
This guy is an actor. Is that obvious to anybody else? I have enough of a background in theater to know a performance when I see one.
