"The mass number of docs lied"
The idea that a large number of doctors are all in a conspiracy to kill her is just ridiculous.
This situation is a tragedy, but making outrageous accusations like that doesn't help.

Is this the doctor that QUIT last week? As I understand it, the doctor hired by the monsters felos and schiavo who supoosedly took care of Terri has just quit. Wonder why?
To: Bronco_Buster_FweetHyagh
I don't think the doctors are in a conspiracy but do have their own pre-conceived standards though. The problem I see is that how many have actually had one on one contact with her? It's like (as I posted somewhere else) you go to an ER and the doctor is handed your chart and treats you without ever seeing you. If he has a question he just looks at a few seconds of video of you in the waiting room. Would you want to be treated in a hopital like that?

"Is this the doctor that QUIT last week? As I understand it, the doctor hired by the monsters felos and schiavo who supoosedly took care of Terri has just quit. Wonder why?"The state and other elements of the med. establishment called him on his bogus call and overall malpractice here. Gambone's the name malpractice is his game.

That form says it is to ask a question regarding a program that has already been done. Will they use it to research prior to a program being aired?

Regarding post #24, this is news to me. Must have missed that in the middle of all the other posts swirling around this past few days. I hope someone is researching that furthur.

"The idea that a large number of doctors are all in a conspiracy to kill her is just ridiculous."BS, they lied and there's a considerable amount of med "experts" out in the media attempting to cover for their malpractice. There was an article in yesterday's Chicago Trib were neurologist's from Duke and the UChicago were claiming it was had to tell if someone is aware when they respond to some of these things. Look at the videos and listen to the audio, then tell me the woman is unresponsive.
"This situation is a tragedy, but making outrageous accusations like that doesn't help."
The docs I talked to about this said, "That's outrageous. That's malpractice." It's more than a tragedy. It's a conspiracy to deprive this woman of her rights. The films clearly demonstrate she is aware, conscious, and responsive. Not only that, she is happy in the films. Did you know that the key to psychological health that is accepted as such in the US med establishment is that the patient is happy and content? None of these bozos happened to acknowledge it openly, but they did work to make her life miserable.

"What are the chances Larry King will ask him how much life insurance money he gets when Terri dies?" It would be irrelevant for Larry to ask him that since he would lie or evade the question altogether. Schiavo has not shown himself to be a very credible individual on any front, except maybe to Judge Greer who, like Felos, has an agenda of his own to serve.

"You know I don't understand WHY this bill didn't remove Michael Schiavo from ALL authority over Terri and decisions regarding her health care. There is clearly a question as to his fraudulent actions and misuse of the Court Award. There is obviously several people involved in this case with glaring conflicts of interest." That is what is so damnably frustrating about this whole thing, Lynn. I am amazed that given the facts swirling around this case and being sent to legislators, that some safeguard wasn't built in that would have restrained Schiavo, at least pending investigation, from having any control over the decision making process. And like you said, the conflicts of interest in this case are astounding.
I find it equally scary that the bill itself is being dragged through the courts. This is clearly a measure that safeguards an individual's most fundamental of CONSTITUTIONAL rights, the RIGHT TO LIFE, which is deemed inalienable, not only by the US Constitution, but by the Florida Constitution. They are trying to challenge it based on the "separation of powers" which is just as slippery and mythological a notion as their notion of "separation of church and state," (their meaning the libosociocommies and their agenda). What about "balance of powers?" The executive and legislative did its job when the judiciary went beyond the scope of its authority. It is what they are SUPPOSED to do, and I fail to understand why this is even an issue. The average 5-year old could grasp the simplicity of the concept, but then obviously, we're not talking about grasping concepts here; we're talking about redefining them.

"How many in the court system sided with them without question?" If, and I realize it is a big if, but if this was nothing more than a case of judicial laziness for the sake of expediency, the question becomes, do Greer and the courts now start doing some backpedaling in an effort to redeem themselves, and by extension, their careers, by finally doing the right thing, now that the world is watching, or will they work even hard to perpetuate the fraud in an effort to justify their actions and cover their own @$$*s?

"What will Jodi and the mother-in-law to-be think now? I bet they are not amused." I have a hard time believing that this is big news to them. Some of this stuff has been floating around locally for quite some time I understand. Also, I heard yesterday that in a sworn statement (I believe it was) of another ex-girlfriend that she said he had admitted to her that he DIDN'T KNOW what Terri wanted, and this too was ignored by the court.

"Bobby Schindler said on Fox News (Hannity & Colmes) that they were told there was a 4 year statute of limitations. The family presented the evidence and that was the answer. So, contrary to media reports, LE didn't "refuse" to investigate, no action could be taken." That can't possibly be accurate. Heck, it takes 7 years to clean up bad credit! Could it be that law enforcement neglected to do an investigation at the time and they are trying to cover their butts now as well? If this were really true, then it would mean that Terri would have to be dead for a murder/attempted murder investigation to be launched. On the other hand, if Michael begins to see that he may become the subject of a murder investigation if Terri is dead, it may make him have a "revelation" that perhaps killing her off at this point may not be the way to go.
Ethan, do you know what the statute of limitations is on attempted murder in the State of Florida?

How much does Judge Greer's "legally blind" status weigh in here? There was much discussion in recent days regarding his visual ability ...

"If he is helping Schiavo, and he thinks someone knows something, we could rattle his cage a little." Careful with that kind of talk Lady. Felos might make an airplane crash into your house with the power of his "superior" mind.

I swear I think there has been some kind of Boss Hogg Mafia happening down in sunny Florida with Judge Hogg, Roscoe Felos and Cooter M. Schiavo running the show and bullying the rest of the folks down there. This is the judicial side of what happens when Democrats run a state. California evidences the economic side of what happens when Dems run a state.
