Good point, but would it qualify as an attempted murder legally since permission was granted by the courts? And if not, could that status be modified if it could be shown that the court made its decision based on false information?

I would think that if Terri got into her present condition by strangulation or blunt force trauma as a result of a crime by her HINO that the atempt to finish the job by way of Florida's lax living will laws would be looked upon as a continuation of the same crime, at least MORALLY if not legally.
