Felos would have the support of various interests, he has it now and stands to gain more as this goes on. Pressure will be on FOX, threats of lawsuits will frighten them off. I hope I'm wrong but FOX isn't renowned for courage.

won't you release medical records so her parents can see for

23. In 2002, why did Judge David Seth Walker (now retired) not
consider removing food and hydration from David Bryer saying,
"You feed goldfish, yet your Judge Greer has ordered YOU to
cause Terri's death by dehydration and starvation when David
Bryer had no written advance directives either?

24. Why did Michael put Terri's cats to sleep shortly after her
"collapse"?

25. Do you receive compensation as a board member of Jerger and
Centonze (fiancee) Insurance Co. which has the address of your
residence?

Ask Michael what his account is of the night before and that early
morning of Terri's collapse, and then compare to the account of the
family given below.

Chronological account:

Something happened. Terri collapses in the hallway next to the
bathroom. She goes down flat on her face with her arms underneath
her body passed out. Instead of calling 911, Michael calls Terri's
father first, or his attorney. Bob Sr. says hang up and call 911.
Then Bob Sr. calls Bob Jr. who lives in the same apartment complex
and tells him to get over to Terri's place. Bob Jr. gets there
within two minutes after his dad calls him. Bobby walks in. Terri
is lying face down on the floor in the hallway and was making a
kind of snoring sound. The paramedics get there. Schiavo opens the
door and lets the paramedics into the apt. But Schiavo has been
consistently telling everybody that he was cradling Terri in his
arms when the paramedics got there, when in fact upon Bobby's
arrival she was face down on the floor with her hands to her neck.
Bobby walks over trying to nudge his sister awake. Paramedics
arrive and Schiavo lets them in. How could Michael have been
cradling Terri and answer the door to let the paramedics in at the
same time? And so many more questions go unanswered to resolve
these suspicious circumstances that remain about Terri's collapse.

She had no heart attack. What really happened? And why is there
this insistence to cause her death by dehydration and starvation?

Michael has moved on with his life. Why does he not let Terri move
on with her LIFE too by just getting a divorce, splitting the
marital assets so she would have rehabilitation money again by the
sale of her interest in the Marie Court house and other assets, and
let her LIVE with DIGNITY?

Years ago...(89') I found myself as power atty/guardian for a woman ensnared (trying to keep her from) the same type death/murder...courtsey of a "multi BILLION $ money making" (independant living) death mill.

Involved; top down
1) five wonderful, highly respected, DOCTORS.
2) administrator
3) asst admin
4) one RN
5) seven or eight UNCERTIFIED nurses(?) aids w/on the job or over the phone training.
6) two housekeepers
7) three cooks
8) and...the RN (?) also worked the desk (no calls in/out w/o going thru dsk) and...dispensed drugs/meds to uc aids to administer...kept all residant records/reports.

*Note: residant; Independant Care Facility

Approx 152 residants x $850 to $1,450 x 12 months, medicare reimbursment (5 house Dr's). No residant cash, check, credit card, car, furniture, jewelry, too much or...too small for them. Oh...clothing, coats (you get it:-) Think that trust is safe? Need a health care advance director? All this and more in an Independant Care Facility.

A typical day (out of many months) I did witness (not good for my health) a "right to die" 59yo M out of control mental patient...I mean resident exploding from 5 HALIDOL administered (w/in first 20min of aids shift change) by uc aid per phone order..."to calm him down". Oh, oh...looks like he had his Halidol from the last shift uc aid right before she left. No Dr no nurse any where w/phone order..DNR. Whole deal over, residant in the morgue by 9P.

Early yet...time to check out the moaning, pleading for help I've been hearing on the way to my guest room, for the past 2 days (off and on). "oh..you hear Mrs*****up in 3**. She moans all the time."

Long story short: If I hadn't been wandering down the halls and ran across a parcialy open door, hearing comotion with aid/Mr Halidol...I'd have missed this same aid setting Mrs*****'s broken hip via phone instruction (love those speakerphones). That was of course after she (was told/phone order) to "pick her up off the floor...put her on the bed, etc". All done by 1 scared aid and a phone. Me...stood in total shock in the hallway, wide open door, knucles bitten/bleeding to keep from screaming.

Scared aid; only that she would lose her 5.25 per hr job if anyone found out she left Mr Halidol's door open/unlocked when she went in to treat him. A promise, knowledge of only 1 other person working the desk (1st flr) going to the 3rd flr w/me in tow...no problem.

This all true. And 8 months more hell straight through the hospitol and on to the nursing home. Names, dates, times + events all recorded/documented.

Are all 3 institutions still thriving? You bet. Why? No matter how far and wide you go...all doors close. Why? "messing up a billion dollar money bag will get you killed".

IMO...M Schiavo thru/with Felos bought a 'limited partnership' share of a multi billion dollar death mill. With Terri's $700,000 trust fund.

Surely with the right protections (for you), there must be people to help/advise you how to "spend" this valuable info, to save lives, and protect innocent elders and people in the care of those billion dollar machines?
I wish I knew resources for you to start, I do know you can be protected, tho.

What about the media for stories?
Anyone knwo how to grab an aggresive reporter who may be interesested, and how to protect JohnDoe's rights and life?

Dr. Michael Baden and the Swango case (MURDER BY POTASSIUM INJECTION)

The Thick White Line

Michael Swango was an intern at Ohio State University Medical Center when a patient named Ruth Barrick came in with a head injury. She'd nearly died but then recovered. Swango told a nurse that he was going to check on her, and when the nurse went in later, she found Barrick barely breathing. Calling a code, she and the medical team managed to stabilize her vital signs and she recovered.

Then Swango went back into Barrick's room. After nearly half an hour with the patient, he left, and a nurse found Barrick once again in a very bad state. The woman soon died and the nurse suspected that Swango had done something. Yet getting anyone in the administration to pay attention proved difficult.

In fact, before Swango left the Center, five patients died and several grew terribly ill. He'd also given a "spicy" chicken dinner to several coworkers, all of whom had become ill afterward. People suspected him, but hoped he'd just go away.

Throughout his medical career, administrators had covered for Swango, and the same thing would happen again and again, allowing him to get away with murder. His fellow students, aware that he was unfit for practicing medicine, nicknamed him "Double-O Swango," and it seemed he'd actually entered the profession to cover his murderous intent. This athletic, blue-eyed blonde always managed to charm others and pass through the system.

In retrospect, it's difficult to understand how he even became a doctor, let alone practiced for almost two decades. In 1983, Swango graduated from Southern Illinois School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He served his internship at Ohio State University, but when his post was finished, it was not extended---partly because of suspicions that no one wanted to voice. After he left, the authorities investigated him for murder, but found insufficient evidence to charge him with anything.

When Swango was finally stopped by the FBI, he'd been on a roll for almost two decades in seven different hospitals. In many cases, someone had seen him with a syringe, and several patients who recovered indicated that it was the blond doctor who had injected them before they lost the ability to feel and move.

During the investigation, Dr. [Michael] Baden came in to oversee the exhumations and perform autopsies on suspected victims.

"I was contacted from the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Suffolk County, New York, because Michael Swango had several possible deaths there. I exhumed those bodies and then exhumed six more in Zimbabwe. The important thing was the toxicology, so tissue samples were sent for testing. I also interviewed a number of people where he'd worked and found out about patients who'd survived and told how he'd injected things into their IV that paralyzed them. At first, no one had believed them. Based on the autopsies, we made our reports and the toxicology findings indicated that the cause of death of the three in Suffolk County and five in Zimbabwe was poisoning. Swango had been the only one with access to those patients at the time."

Baden and the investigation team also looked through cases in Illinois, Ohio and South Dakota, and one in particular stuck out. Cynthia McGee, who'd been an Olympic-level gymnast, had been hit by a car. Her family had transferred her to Ohio State University and she had ended up on Swango's ward. This one should have been caught.

"According to her record," says Baden, "in the morning she had normal potassium levels, and then he went in and a code was called, and they did an electrolyte reading, and her potassium level was way up. That was automatic evidence that she'd been poisoned with potassium. You can't survive the level she had, but that reading was ignored." At that point, Baden believes, Swango could have been stopped. Yet he wasn't.

The grand jury indicted him for the three deaths in Suffolk County and for McGee's demise. Yet the statute of limitations had run out for the Federal government to investigate, so it had to be done with the cooperation of the locals. Surprisingly, they were resistant, which proved to be a stumbling block in the investigation. However, such limitations were not true for Zimbabwe, where capital punishment is more easily delivered, so given the evidence against him and what he faced there if extradited, Swango decided in September, 2000 to plead guilty. In a deal, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Had he been legally connected to all of the suspicious deaths of patients under his care since 1983, the estimates range from 35 to 60.

One of the names posted was purchased in 2001 - wasn't that right after Terri's malpractice award came in? Some of the other's don't make sense.
