Let Larry King know about Michael Schiavo and his criminal intents,
abuse, negligence, etc. in attempting murder on Terri Schindler
Schiavo and also about the ACLU's mistake of getting involved
and becoming complicit in attempting murder of Terri:
larry.king.live3@turner.com Front line Terri Schindler Schiavo supporters in Florida are urging us
to contact the ACLU with the facts in Terri's case because it appears
that the ACLU has been duped by Michael Schiavo/George Felos and Co.
Bombard with communications any way possible in the various forms of
e-mails, faxes, telephone calls, visiting them in person, etc. Let them
know that you will not stand for their joining in the death campaign of
Michael Schiavo/Felos and Co. Educate them and show them that they will
be guilty and complicit of attempted murder of an innocent disabled FL
resident and United States Citizen.
Have them see the videos of Terri, etc:

MARIE SCHINDLER-SCHIAVO have been Knowingly, Willfully,
Flagrantly, and Admittedly ABUSED, IGNORED and DENIED by:
Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer. The State Attorneys Office,
Pinellas County Sheriff's Department, Pinellas Park Police Department,
Florida State D. C. F. Division of Adult Protective Services
These officials USE the separation of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction. We
say, when it comes to LIFE and a vulnerable disabled persons inability to
protect themselves, it's these "trusted" officials JOB to protect and
ensure every citizen receives all that is rightfully theirs -- THEIR
RIGHTS!
The 2002 Florida Statutes TITLE 43 -- DOMESTIC RELATIONS
CHAPTER 744 -- GUARDIANSHIP
744.3215 Rights of [Terri] persons determined incapacitated.-
(1) A person who has been determined to be incapacitated retains the right:
(a) To have an annual review of the guardianship report and plan.
(b) To have continuing review of the need for restriction of his
or her rights.
(c) To be restored to capacity at the earliest possible time.
[all to improve; no time limit]
(d) To be treated humanely, with dignity and respect, and to be
protected against abuse, neglect, and exploitation. [no fresh
air, sunshine, gifted flowers, radio, television, or use of
HER money for rehabilitation]
(e) To have a qualified guardian. [not the adulterous, negligent,
exploitive, killer 'husband']
(f) To remain as independent as possible, including having his or
her preference as to place and standard of living honored,
either as he or she expressed or demonstrated his or her
preference prior to the determination of his or her
incapacity or as he or she currently expresses his or her
preference, insofar as such request is reasonable.
(g) To be properly educated. [to receive speech therapy, to be
taught how to swallow and to use augmentative speech devices]
(h) To receive prudent financial management for his or her
property and to be informed how his or her property is being
managed, if he or she has lost the right to manage property.
(i) To receive necessary services and rehabilitation. [she has
been repeatedly denied any and all forms of therapy, both
preventative and curative since 1991]
(j) To be free from discrimination because of his or her
incapacity.
(k) To have access to the courts. [actions brought to court in
efforts by everyone to help her are ignored and unanswered by
this Judge]
(l) To counsel. [The Court has consistently denied Terri her OWN
lawyer, even though it is required by law]
(m) To receive visitors and communicate with others. [classmates,
workmates, friends, well-wishers, family, any one who tries
to help is denied visitation by the adulterous with children
(2nd was just born) husband]
(n) To notice of all proceedings related to determination of
capacity and guardianship, unless the court finds the
incapacitated person lacks the ability to comprehend the
notice.
(o) To privacy. [Terri yearns for stimulation - all denied by the
'husband', in the name of privacy]

OF TERRI:
People should really be trying to contact AARP and let
them know the death culture behind all of this. Elderly
are next after the disabled. AARP should be extremely
careful as to the message they may be relaying to their
members. That is a limited human body is a disposable one.
Recognizing that all people, elderly included, should have
the right to make their own choices when it comes to their
own healthcare, AARP may very well be overlooking the fact
that Terri Schindler-Schiavo has not been given a means to
recover and is viewed by her husband as a burden.
AARP should also know that lawmakers abroad (and soon here)
are considering moves that allow physicians to withhold food
and water (without family consent!!!) from patients with
dementia and Alzheimer's. They need to be on the other side
of this issue and let their millions of members know that
they, in no way shape or form, endorse terrorizing disabled,
elderly and vulnerable people.

Why don't you know the facts, Hildy. You have been reading thousands of posts the past few weeks. Haven't you figured out this "case" yet?
It sounds almost like you are saying: "Do NOT confuse me with the facts."
The saying "shake the dust from your feet" comes to my mind Theodore...Their blindness is sad isn't it?
Following all threads, but have had not slept for 29 houurs.......going to have to sleep some, bbl! I will bump and ping on the other threads later!
That's a false hypothetical. Terri was not given that choice. The man who claims to be her "husband" is making that choice for her. And that is the crux of the matter.
Has any other nurse come forward corroborating Ms. Iyer's testimony?
He's told his side of the story ad naueseum, and it has been published for all to see, including you.
The problem is that his story is full of holes, inconsistencies, and smacks of the testimony of a man who is hell-bent on seeing his wife's life terminated by illegal means (it is illegal to starve someone to death, isn't it?)
The reaction you are getting from your posts is very easy to understand. I would venture to say that 99% of the folks posting on these Terri threads (and I include myself) can differentiate between good and evil when we see it. It's a shame that so many people in today's world don't know what is the RIGHT thing to do, much less recognize the RIGHT thing to do when they see it.
Hey, I don't go for the starvation thing, there must be a gentler way to do it. But don't start preaching to me about right and wrong, buddy.
Not preaching at all. One either knows right from wrong, can distinguish between good and evil, or one does not. Sometimes it's not "relative" -- it's not about a gentler way to kill someone, or about a "more humane" way to do it, or even about finding a "legally acceptable" way to do it. I, and a lot of folks here believe, that it's just plain morally and ethically wrong (and to some of us a mortal sin.)
And postulating that there must be a gentler way to do it is a non-sequiter ... Michael Schiavo is not seeking a "gentler" way to do it. He is precisely seeking to starve and deydrate this woman to death. That IS his side of the story in a nutshell -- so there you have his side of the story.
I sent the 'facts; you noted in your post to larry king. Hope you don't mind. Just requested that he verify them thru Michael, the monster.

Mind? I hope you're not the only one! Thanks!
