Anyhow I still do think it's questionable that she was starving herself to death as you claim ---- when there is weight loss and a cruel spouse --- it can be reasonable to question what else might be going on. It's easy to jump to the conclusion she did it to herself --- but there was a case here where a husband was losing weight --- he looked like he had cancer but they found arsenic.

Have you not seen/read the actual document stating her injuries were consistant with strangulation?

Have you not read that her brain was deprived of oxygen for five minutes?

How long do you think it takes to strangle someone to death?

Does not strangluation deprive oxygen to a person?

IF, let me repeat, IF the husband did indeed try to strangle Terri (Remember they had a fight that evening.), and doctors examining her that night stated she could be rehabilitated to some extent (and therefore may be able to testify to that), and IF that were the case, and you found a lawyer who claims he can "hear" comatose patients when he screams into their face, "DO YOU WANT TO DIE? DO YOU WANT TO DIE?" then claim they say "yes" - and that same lawyer was hired several years after Terri entered the hospital, - and it was only then that the husband "suddenly remembers" Terri said she didn't want to live that way - would you the question his motives?

Overall, just 4 things stick out at me in this case.

1. MS sought and Terri was awarded money for rehabilitation. Soon after that, he switched gears and remembered her "wishes" against living in her condition, and proceeded to seek her demise despite no living will. He does NOT dispute this set of facts.
2. Terri did not receive therapy for some 10 years, but was subjected to neglect. MS does not dispute this fact, that she received no therapy.
3. MS used some (a lot) of Terri's medical funds to pay a lawyer to seek her death. He doesn't dispute that either.
And the Schindlers do not have the same access to that money to pay attorneys, so they don't have as effective representation, and neither does Terri---and that's obvious.
4. Terri has no legal guardian ad litem to safeguard her rights and interests against possible abuses by her legal guardian husband. He doesn't dispute that fact.

All the rest of it is talk, speculation, sentiment, open to dispute. We won't get any traction, or we won't get enough, on anything but the obvious and undisputed facts.
Those of us who wish to, and can, have any effect on the legal process should concentrate on alerting the world to the obvious, undisputed facts. Those who can't---by all means pray and go on crying in outrage, but know that the law is deaf as well as blind, and today the law is supreme.

Don't waste your time. King is a real suck up to this kind of thing. He'll just toss him softball questions. Besides Michael will already have a list of the questions that King will ask him.

Yes, he will rationalize why Terri should die. He'll just be more propaganda for this creep of a husband. I NEVER watch Larry King because of his liberal attitude and views.

What NOT to ask Michael Schiavo on Larry King Live---anything he can answer with a spin that makes him sound high-principled and loving.

Try to put yourself in the shoes he wants to be in. Think how he can best spin his reply before you decide. Don't give him opportunities to advance his agenda.

We've heard him over and over...his murderous attempts on Terri's life in myriads of ways has spoken volumes

Potassium imbalance, although it could make someone dizzy did not cause the head injuries Terri sustained, you can see the movies on Terri's homepage. Michael giving her an injection of insulin on the other hand...

I don't think that it is just lawyers. I think the same DEVIL is behind both cases. The questionable money transfers and hidden self serving evidence that turns out to be false whenever any of it is actually revealed have the mark of the same dark mentality behind both Michael Schiavo/George Felos Vs Terri and SCO/Micro$oft Vs Linux. And also there is no doubt that if Darl McBride would have won his FUD campaign Linux would have been killed, which means Free Republic would have been killed which means that TERRI WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED during the last dehydration.
I'm NOT saying that Darl McBride has anything to do with Terri's death if it occurs DIRECTLY but this is how the Devil works, several seemingly unrelated schemes all designed to have a SINGLE outcome. that being legalization of INVOLUNTARY euthanasia in the United States just as abortion is legal and the total monopolization of the computer industry for the purpose of carrying it and other anti life-anti freedom measures out "efficiently".
