Terri has not been certified as "Terminally ill" as required by federal regulations for the use of federal funds for hospice care, yet has resided at Hopsice Woodside since March or April, 2000. [Texasbluebell]: I thought it was interesting in the interview last night that MS made sure to early on state that PVS is considered a terminal illness...

I am so curious to find if the hospice organization, in its by-laws, has established that PVS is a terminal illness, make that, brain damaged, as a terminal illness.

This has the potential to be huge, because Terri does NOT fit the parameters of entrance into a hospice (which usually does it death watch in people's own homes) according to their own foundations.

Hospicefoundations.org states very clearly that only when all means of rehabilitation and cure have been exhausted, will they help out...and even at that, only when the person is at the END STAGE of life.

Terri wasn't in an end stage-SHE WAS PUT IN AN END STAGE BY STARVATION.

The horror of seeing those two ghouls will remain with me for a long time....and I was a waste of time to keep hitting the redail. Twice I got thru...but no one answered on the king show---just hung up on me. Talk about frustrated. First the rush, then the click.

However....I am GLAD the caller who pinpointed the lie detecter test question got thru....(God's awesome ways!) that was excellent! And larry..with the CNN camera offer........PRICELESS!

Yes, even a lay person can see his disrespect toward women.
On national tv he descibed very private aspects of Terri's care in the most disrespectful way, (I will not even repeat what he said).
But conveniently, he refuses to allow CNN cameras to see Terri because he claims he has tried to protect her privacy.

"KING: Could we go tomorrow?

FELOS: Terri has a right to privacy. Michael has tried to protect that. SCHIAVO: I have fought so long to keep her out of the public eye."

His attempts to hide what he really is, are so ham-handed and transparent they would be laughable if this was not so serious.
I believe Felos knows his client is something of a loose cannon but Felos seems driven by his own inner-demons and probably looking for some fame as well.

Since you have posted on various threads here where I posted very informative articles, and responded to your and others comments with additional factual data that I found elsewhere on the web, it's clear that you either known that your statments here are unture or you're even much dummy than I already expected.

I do resent your insinuations that 95% of what is in this thread is a smearing of the truth, that is what I would expect from Michael Shiavo, not you.

Many of us would like you to put up or shut up. Please take the time to list the 95% half truths or distortions you have found here. That might help us to understand your accusation better and help us to clear the air.

Ok...then do it. Go and find all of the statements that are truthful and relevant as documented here regarding the Terri's plight or the discussion over MS and his attn on Larry King Live.

And tho truth is found in the eyes of the beholder ( when it comes to opinions of MS and Felos on LKL, and therefore often difficult to prove, I am sure you will do a good job since calling so many of us liars (ie 95% of this thread) is such an offensive charge. IMHO-you have a responsibility to do this, or to shut up with the name calling.

When you strive to discredit the posts and explorations and questions of so many, it is important to sustain your own credibility by proving your charge.

We watched his blood drain completely out of him until he could not be embalmed. The hospital's 'technicality' to cover their rumps.
