All of his claims will need to be backed up now folks...with some evidence..

This has alrady basically occured - in court as intiially heard by and/or review by a total of 19 judges.

The lies posted here (or intentionally or inadvernently passed on via people posting here) will never offset that evidence.

Based upon their performance tonight-Felos and MS, underneath it all, love the control and power that actually having the court sanctioned right to kill gives them.

For felos...it is an over and over again thrill, ohhhhhhhhhh the ultimate GODLIKE power.

For MS, the exquisite pleasure in providing a torturous, fully under his control so called existence for terri and at the same time getting to render punishment of the cruelest sort upon her family has apparently been a great thrill in and of itself...now that the money is running low, a bit of the fun is gone, and now it is time to enact the final blow, death. Not to relieve terri, of course, because that would not be any fun for MS to contemplate and relish, to help her out, that is, but oh the exquisite joy in watching the schindlers lose their daughter forever....including cremation and a quick flight out of state to a burial. The final blow.

They probably did, indeed, inquire about it. After all...the money from the lawsuit was to be used for Terri's care and rehabilitation. They had every right, as her parents, to ask about this. NOW...MS is trying to turn it into something sinister. Embellishing on the facts for his own gain.

I think MS has a way of 'twisting' things around to suite the moment.

Did you see MS and Felos trying to wiggle out of that one! They probably thought they came prepared, but not enough to conceal their surprise when asked about taking a lie detector test nor CNN's request to bring cameras into her room. I pray we get an opportunity to see MS on a witness stand.

I cannot believe his mistress is content with the way things are, not getting married as MS stated. She doesn't seem to be worth too much to him.Or she just isn't worried about competing and also just waiting for Terri to die? I would like to hear her true feelings.

I agree with you. Of course they wondered what and where was the money that was suppose to be used for "massive therapy", not to pay George Felos to "carry out Terri's last wish" and of course to buy Jodi a new house for the growing Schiavo family and send Mikey boy to nursing school...

Maybe because pulling the tube would like he was trying to kill her and denying treatment for a bladder infection doesn't?? Of course and that's the inconsistency Greta pointed out. His pretzel logic is simply astounding.

Why else did Hospice keep Terri at no cost for three years?
Felos and his crowd are using MS, but he is too thick-headed to see, and probably thinks it is the other way around.

Michael said he was offended by Mr. Schindler's responses in court, to patently silly questions about how to treat Terri if she had gangrene.
Says that's why he couldn't let them take over Terri's care. They'd carve her up if medically indicated.
He's lying, of course. Besides, Terri doesn't have gangrene and if someone does have such a condition that you have to remove one limb after another, they're not going to be surviving whether you amputate or not. So the image of a limbless torso on a ventilator (that was the final absurdity) was completely irrelevant to Terri's case, and the purpose of that line of questioning was to paint Mr. Schindler as a fanatic blind to the gruesome consequences of his ideas.

I agree, the husband came off really bad.

I think Larry King nailed him a few times, but by accident.

Larry seemed to think the husband would take a lie detector test and that he would allow the CNN cameras in. I think he was surprised at the husband's negative replies.

Larry didn't bother to do his homework before the show. He didn't even know the husband had one child and another one on the way with the woman he is living with.

Actually he went from 6 judges to 19 judges to, lo and behold, 20 judges by the end of the interview. They even said this had been before the US supreme court. They are amazing and so popular with the courts.
