The Federal Bureau of Investigation issued an arrest warrant Thursday for a man who allegedly removed bolts from high voltage transmission towers near Redding and in Oregon. The bureau issued warnings to authorities in four western states.

Local and state officials are participating in the search for Michael Devlyn Poulin, 62, of Spokane, Wash., whom they said was seen tinkering with the leg of a large electrical tower near Anderson on Monday, then driving away in a pickup truck.

A similar vehicle driven by a man matching Poulin's description was seen leaving an incident at a transmission tower in Klamath Falls, Ore., Purcell said. The FBI warnings were sent to authorities in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

I didn't know this until I heard about it on TV last night, but after we had our huge power outage in the U.S. North East, another happend in Israel (so far, can't find an English article for verification). Then the Brittish outage (Rush hour power cut hits London). Then in Italy (Nationwide Power Outage Disrupts Italy ), which killed three people. All within 1 1/2 months.

Now, we're getting warnings about a solor flare up tomarrow, where the electricle grid will be disrupted.
