URGENT - ACTION NEEDED AT ONCE While many have heard that Terri Schiavo's feeding tube has been re-inserted, her life is in eminent danger. Michael Schiavo is still her legal guardian. The would-be murderer is responsible for guarding his own victim! In addition when Terri was moved from hospice, he immediately blocked visitation rights at the hospital for her parents, siblings and family priest - the only source of Terri's comfort, love and joy. An emergency motion ordered visitation restored for the family but it was not received in the attorney's offices until 5:15PM today. By the time the family was able to get down to the hospital, her husband had removed her from the hospital and taken to an "undisclosed location" - we are told perhaps back to hospice.
In any case, the family has not been informed - they do not know her medical condition or whether the feeding tube has been reinstated or not. An IV was inserted at approximately 9:30 last night. This is a woman starved for 7 days with no food or water yet Michael has the audacity to remove her from the hospital care!
It is an outrage that Michael Schiavo and his attorney feel they can spit in the face of the governor, the Fl House and Senate - and trample Terri's rights with absolutely no regard for her health, happines or wishes.
Complaints have been filed through the Department of Health and Human Services yet nothing is being done to protect Terri from physical harm or to assure her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Please take a moment and file your complaint with the Office of Civil Rights. Tell them to immediately act and remove her care/custody from Michael.
In addition, please contact your US Congressman and ask him to investigate why the Department of Justice is not protecting Terri's civil rights as a disabled American and further request that the Department of Health and Human Services Civil Rights Office act at once to protect her.

Yeah, but it was a well spent 10 years -- winning a million dollar settlement through the courts --after which he could more conveniently hope for her death. Yet none of the settlement was spent on her rehabilitation, which leaves room for the suspicion that he was fearful of any recovery because maybe she would point the finger at him. We all may be wrong, but I have a major problem with his refusal to allow her medical records to be made avaiable. If he has nothing to hide, then he should be willing to put everything on the table, at least for her parents scrutiny.
Also, during that ten years, this loving husband fathered a child on his girlfriend and has another on the way.
I think perhaps you have taken a stand here and are reluctant to step down.

and originally came here as a TROLL (Allied with three other trolls fighting against the Linux OS as "un american" and "communist" on the tech threads. I am not trolling here though. I wrote a FReepmail to JimRob applogizing for my revious behavior on Sept 1 2003. And am now just one of the many Linux SUPPRTTERS on those tech threads.) I really want to help as much as I can within certain restrictions that I am under in this case. Especially in the Criminal Prosicution area since I am a very JUSTICE oriented kind of guy. (The reason I came here to troll against linux was that I believed the lies of another demonic named Darl McBride about stolen code of his in that OS. Those of you on the Terri threads who are also on the tech threads should know about this already. This explanation is for those who don't know me all that well yet.)

There are a number of suggestions that indeed he was the cause of her being in this condition in the first place. What he doesn't want EVER is a witness (Terri) who can confirm those accusations.
I am alarmed and sickened that she is back in the death house.
I want to know if it is possible to find out the names of the medical personnel, doctors, nurses, etc who actually saw Terri and administered to her in the hospital. They above all would know Michael's demands there, and if he strove to deny Terri comfort or sought to hamper anyone from administering care to her.
I am furious.
The hospice org is so intwined with Michael's attorney and Judge Greer and others, but especially Felos, the attn, that this must be stopped.
We must call the govenor's office and DEMAND that Terri be removed from the hospice and IMMEDIATELY get her back to a hospital where they believe in LIFE.
Does ANYONE know how it came to be that Terri was removed from the Hospice. If this was done ONCE it can be done again.
Michael cannot ORDER hospital employees to deny care to Terri. He cannot ORDER them not to brush her teeth, lovingly groom her, wash her, and have someone present at ALL times so that Michael cannot pinch off the IV or feeding tube or pinch Terri or curse at her or tell her he wishes she were dead or a thousand other things he can get away with at the hospice when no one is in the room.
Micheal's dilemma is that Terri has clung to life, and he HATES that.
Michael should LOSE the right to deny family visitation to Terri.....that is inhumane and brutal. Cruel beyond immagination.
And to fool them, to NOT let them know she was being transported BACK to the death house is INCREDIBLY WRONG.
Pray with all of your hearts that Terri is covered with the armor of our Father in heaven, pray that Michael, a demon, is prevented from harming her anymore, and CALL THE HOSPICE.
Please call the hospice.
If you really care-call and tell them the history of what Micheal has done.....tell them the nation is watching....tell them to BRUSH terri's teeth, love her, and treat as a patient who wants to live even tho she is in a place that assumes death is coming soon.
They know what has transpired, let them KNOW that YOU KNOW TOO!
Take names, and let them know they will answer to our Father if they follow orders in opposition to love.
Is there anything we can learn from this?
