Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

Heavenly Father, we bow before You, weary that the whirlwind around this mother's child has not been stilled. Be for Terri that calmness in the midst of the storm ~ be for her family the assurance that day will dawn ~ hold back the darkness that threatens to overtake this woman ... send it back upon those who plot against her. Lord, sustain her in a supernatural way, for there seems to be more days when those in authority over her will seek to wear her out.

Give her strength, Lord ~ strength that comes from You. We marvel at the incredible will You have given to her ~ may it be multipled many times. At the same time, Father, the strength that seems to be in the hands of the enemy, may it diminish and evaporate. Bring a Guardian to her that is like unto You ~ loving and protective and fierce that justice be served. May those who have charge over the protection of the people be mindful of every detail. Give them courage to speak for what is right, and may they speak with a mighty voice.

Hear our prayer, O Lord, and deliver this defenseless woman from her distress. Restore her to those who love her ~ vindicate the beauty of the love that You have given to parents for their children. In the name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

If that happened after he became guardian, that is ABSOLUTELY against the Florida Guardianship Law. He can be a beneficiary ONLY if the policy existed prior to Terri's incapacity.

Calling all Freepers. Police are guarding entrance to the Hospice. Orange cones around. Media kept off property. Escort of at least 4 or 5 cruisers and a couple of large Sheriff's vehicles. per 1040 radio. Does that mean those are Jeb's escort or Felos' police escort?

If anybody sees this, MAYBE WE LEFT THE VIGIL TOO SOON. I may have to go back there tomorrow. If anyone wants to go back, let me know. I still think they're trying to kill her before the guardian is selected. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING IN AMERICA.

Michael is pushing his way, I guess. I think the employees of the hospice should realize though, that they can be charged as accessories, accomplices to murder if Terri dies while there in the next few days.

This is my first post but I felt that I needed to let you know that there is such thing as an AMA discharge. It means "against medical advice". Because a patient cannot be treated against their will they can leave the hospital without being officially discharged by the physician

Yes, you are correct, which is why I am so concerned.

If this should be the case and if Terry had any complications from being without food and water for so long, then the Hospice Home is not prepared to deal with any medical problems she might have.

Thing is .. NO ONE knows what is going on .. NO ONE can get a report on her because Michael has denied release of medical information.

Pinellas Circuit Judge David Demers ordered Wednesday that a guardian be appointed, and gave Terri Schiavo's husband and parents five days to agree on one.

If they don't, Demers said he would appoint Dr. Jay Wolfson, director of the Florida Health Information Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
