But hospice is where they had her to let her die.
I don't see this as a good thing.

To: NRA1776
Confirmation please? Link... she was removed without permission of the family. The order is being disobeyed, regardless of location.
To: tray-sea
The hospice did not try to kill her......a court issued an order to remove the feeding tube and they followed that judges order...

Well it might be good news then. Or her doc says she's gonna die of the organ damage (and of course Mikey-poo says no treatment whatsoever that would stop this) so to hospice she goes to die.
To: deport
Nonsense.
The "hospice" specializes in murder (ok - government-funded "assisted living until death" - NOT intensive care for a person NEAR death.

The husband is probably under just a wee bit of pressure realizing that the whole world knows what a shmuck he is.

Prayers going up for Terri No amount of prayers or any medical intervention will help this poor person regain brain function. Although I don't agree with the feeding tube withdrawal, I do believe she should be mercifully allowed to die. She is never coming back, and it is shame upon her dignity that her parents are gasping for a miracle that will never occur. No person, to my knowledge, who has been diagnosed as being in a vegetative state, has ever regained consciousness. Death is not the enemy in this case.

I don't know how Terri's family has had the control not to wrap their hands around Terri's husbands's throat.
To: Velveeta
Get real -
She needs 2-3 days of intensive care, then a couple of days (at least) of specialized care even to become ready for surgery to receive the tube!

I am just beside myself with grief. How in the hell can this be happening in the United States of America.. I sta ed earlier in a thank you to Jeb that yesterday I was again proud to be a floridian and an American but not now..How do the courts keep letting this bastard commit murder in front of the whole world with the courts blessings. if somebody puts a gun to your head don't bother calling the police and no sense trying to get to your weapon that has to have a safty lock on it and safe bullets. it would be horrible if we hurt a criminal and caused him undo stress.. If this country wants to save money then take away all the appeals mass murders etc have before justice is done.. Do you have any idea what the jails cost taxpayers. I am a nurse and had an assigment 1 time where I had to give out drugs at the county jail and I had to give prisoners drugs to support their habit but we deny tERRI A DISABLED PERSON WHO HAS NEVER COMMITTED A CRIME TO DEATH FOR WHAT ?? BEING BRAIN DISABLED. sORRY FOLKS FOR THE RANT JUST HEARD THIS AWFUL NEWS AND am very upset..\\Sorry for yellings capslock by error

Although Terri is not actually terminally ill, she has been staying at the Hospice in Pinellas Park for some time now. Perhaps her husband has her ther to bolster his argument that she is terminal and should be terminated.

do believe she should be mercifully allowed to die. It should be up to the Lord to take her. Not another human being.

Hopefully, Michael Schiavo would feel like trading places with the Cubbies fan who muffed the foul ball.
