You are being very picky and very careful in who you are responding to.
There have been many, many reasoned, informative and challenging posts to your thesis which you have ignored. One wonders whose arguements are weak.
Again, Terri did not write a living will so that arguement is a waste in this instance and not relevant...you have been shown that all "experts" do not agree on the PVT (heck, Terri's unfaithful husband paraded a bunch of them in front of the court in the malpractise suit so he could win all that money...and now he's parading others who say differently so that when she dies he has control of it)...Terri reacts to her mother, to balloons, to simple commands. She interacts...she has been denied rehab that would make her better...etc., etc.
You have not repsonded to these and other statements and arguements against your own points, choosing instead to respond to those who are frustrated and lashing out emotionally at your continuous, bombardment of statements that repeat over and over again what many posters have refuted. Then you say the arguements against you are weak.
I submit that your own thesis appears weak and appears to be growing weaker by the minute. But that's just my own opinion and I freely admit as much.
Nonetheless, the Governor of the state, the state legislature and now millions of others have become involved on behalf of Terri...all for the same reasons.
When there is doubt...when there is potential conflict of interest...you ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF LIFE. It is the only moral, compassionate and ethical thing to do. For many of us, it is the only correct religious thing to do because we base our lives and our life styles on the fact that God endowed us with the right to life...as the founders of this nation enumerated.

Has seven days of dehydration not rendered her comatose? Not suggesting at all it's a permanent condition, but I would be surprised if she could remain concious that long without water.

You can do a D&C on any woman who needs one without performing a abortion, as they have many (maybe that should be several) theraputic uses. Abortion means, specifically, terminating a pregnancy. Spontaneous Abortion means the body starts the abortion itself. A D&C is appropriate after one of those in many cases. That is also what is called a miscarriage. I've experience of several of those, unfortunately.

My local Tampa Bay area news just reported that Felos has threatened any hospital that treats her with a lawsuit. The reporter's comment: "We'll see what he does tomorrow," indicating re-hydration is occurring.
PRAISE THE LORD!! God, Blessed Mother Theresa .. hold your loving, healing arms around your daughter, Terri. Keep her whole and safe. Bless her with loving, moral caregivers.

Not long ago, a fellow was interviewed by Hannity (maybe it was Gibson (??), & when the matter of the Nobel Prize nominee was mentioned, the man said, "There is no such thing as a Nobel Prize 'nominee'."
He's right.

"From now on, I am tuning out the mainstream media." It has been working well for me the past couple of months. I get more accurate news here and I am much more rational more of the time than when I am subjected to an incessant barrage of liberal blather.

C'mon, you know he was baiting us! The trolls use certain buzzwords in the anti-euth threads. But, to quote a much better George , "I'm a loving guy". I'll just say that Jorge is a glass-half-emtpy kind of guy, and I'm a glass-half-full man. We've gotten to the point where we're talking past each other. It serves no one for us to continue flaming.

I believe you are correct.
But, knowing that LE hasn't intervened so far makes me wonder what evidence they will find. Could it be that there isn't much there?

I remember being just stunned that Park Dietz could say Dahmer was sane...and just liked to eat people. I thought Dahmer was loony as a jaybird myself.
But I remember another case--a custody case from hell--where mom hired an expert witness to testify that her former husband had sexually abused their boys. The expert witness never examined the kids, never talked to the boys. She had gotten all of her info from mom. For that, the expert witness was paid $10,000 + air fare (1st class), meals, hotel room, etc. Ironically, the boys WERE being sexually abused--by mom's brother. I suppose had this expert in child sex abuse had actually talked to the boys (they were around 8 & 10), she might've found this out.
I don't consider expert testimony from either side as being particularly persuasive, simply because it's being slanted to favor the side that hired them or asked them.

Felos has gone off the deep end. The hospital can tell him to go to h***.

Spontaneous Abortion means the body starts the abortion itself. Am I correct in understanding that a procedure mechanically like a late-term abortion is sometimes required in cases where a fetus dies in utero and is not born?

This experience is exactly like
Klamath in so many ways.
For every one of the few hundreds we had at the Head Gates, or the several thousands we got to the big rallies...there were many, many more all over th country calling, faxing, emailing, mailing and spreading the word and demanding their own reps get involved.
And it all paid off...just like this one did.
We can thank the power of activism, the power of what is right, the power of prayer and the power of love for it...meaning, we can thank God.
...and it scares the bejeeves out of the liberal/marxists because they see the great latent strength still exisiting in the American people.

NITA! Long time no FReep-speak! Glad to see you still hanging around here, even under circumstances being discussed with the Schiavo case.

Felos is getting scarier all the time. Wonder what it would take to get him kicked out of the bar? Could Terri's case and violating the bill do it?
