"What is going on with that court hearing at 4:15 eastern. "
If it was the one Felos was after, he was denied an appeal by the judge.

Hope they tell us by way of the news (reah right) when she gets the tube reinserted! I'd just kind of like to know that it has been reinserted.
I saw a post about guardianship. Did this law address that? Since her 'estranged' hmm 'strange' husband, was the legal guardian, and he was depriving her of rehab, and doing other things in opposition to her getting proper care, has he been removed as her legal guardian?

So it's done? Have the doctors and nurses moved to put the feeding tube back in for Terri?

I would hope that an ambulance picked her up and took her to a hospital where Michael Schiavo is banned. I sure as hell wouldn't let him near her if I was Terri's nurse. She will require intensive care at this point.

I am not going to worry about anything said by frantic FReepers over this case. I WILL, however, retain a memory like an elephant when it comes to RINO FL senators (Mike Bennett) Very well said.
To: ET(end tyranny)
The law requires a guardian ad litem be appt now.
To: EternalVigilance
"None of this would be happening without FReepers." Let's not give ourselves TOO much credit. None of this would be happening without FReepers a lot of prayer, the commitment of a devoted family to their daughter, a lot of people who worked very hard to get the facts of this case out in spite of attempts at media blackout and a few legislators who are still able to recognize the difference between good and evil. Freepers are a conduit, one of many albeit a significant one, but all the glory goes to God!

The bit about a guardian ad litem was one of the amendments put in by the Senate that made it have to go back to the House for amendment. Thankfully, it didn't create any delay at all, and was a HUGE improvement to the bill.
Someone else said that the "15 day" clause was also amended out and it's open ended now, but I haven't seen any confirmation of that yet. Still dying to know if that's true.

We can only hope. Now that you brought up the subject. Hugs and kisses to all the Freepers who just kicked the "$hit" out of the death cult in this country

I wish I knew, nothing reported so far. Hopefully we'll hear something from someone on the ground there asap.

I just don't want the government telling me or my spouse how they MUST handle my own personal situation. They won't if you write a living will.

Er. change that to: "The bit about a guardian ad litem was one of the amendments put in by the Senate that made it have to go back to the House for -a confirmation vote-".

Thank you NN, Lets not forget that there were many people involved here , putting pressure all over the place to get this done. Why do we need to polarize people right now with more name calling?
It proves nothing, helps nothing and attepts to rob other people of the sense of justice they should feel for a job well done. If you don't think the political pressure on Jeb by a bunch of conservatives ahs nothing to do with this.. well, you are wrong.
