Okay, I understand now, the act will only last 15 days PERIOD. I was under the impression he had 15 days to act after a removal. I truly hope and pray they consider the current law and make changes to protect those who can't protect themselves.

One of the amendments allow him to appt a guardian ad litem it looks like too. That is exactly what is needed and i hope it passes that way. I'm glad someone added that.

"It was a committee vote. In order for a bill to reach the floor of the Senate, it has to pass a committee or conference. then to the floor. It's just part of the process."
