Thanks! This is great news! I've been stuck at work all day not knowing what transpired this morning. Now I can go home this evening at peace, knowing that Terri stands a chance!

Yippee! Now they need to turn off the phones and get Terri some fluids, already! "Injunction? What injunction? Nobody told us!"

He has already issued the order to have the feeding tube reinserted. Now we need to pray that there has been no permanent damage.

We're all praying for that right now. Did the bill the governor signed include the appointment of a guardian who can preserve Terri's interests vs. the Evil Ex?

A guardian ad litum is to be appointed by someone OTHER THAN Judge Greer!
Michael Schiavo tried to appeal the stay but was denied.

Better and better! May the next legal action M.S. files be divorce papers, and then God help his new "wife."

What I am really hoping for is a very close scrutiny of Mr. Schiavo. He has gotten away with what he has thus far because nobody's been paying attention. Well, that's all changed, and we need to keep fighting for truth and justice in this case.

Well, the group to protect the rights of the disabled, (whatever they're called, that tried to get the Federal court injunction yesterday) is planning an investigation into the denial of care, etc. The State has all this bureaucracy that's supposed to protect the abused, so get at it :-).
TAKE THAT, MICHAEL SCHIAVO, GEORGE GREER, AND LAWYER FELOS! GOD IS NOT MOCKED!!!

Stop with the Jeb Bush bashing.
He did a marvelous job. Its not like they do stuff like this everyday. He met with the family, he promised to help and he did.
What did YOU do, I mean besides sitting on your butt and complaining about others not doing enough?

Well, LC, I've not gotten my phone bill in the mail yet, in order to tally the fax charges or the long distance charges I've run up over the last two weeks, but I can tell you I also sent a large number of e-mails besides the faxes and long distance calls. It's called activism, pro-life activism. It's how many of we Freepers raise public awareness and effect notification to those mutating our nation into a judicial oligarchy. [You were an insulting rube to ask such a question, but it might be instructional for other freepers to know that we are a force to be reckoned with in this nation, thanks to Jim Robinson and the community of now world famous Freepers making an impact. Want to join in? There's a terrific election cycle coming and we can use all the activists we can muster, to bury the democrats.]

Oh Please, don't be such a sanctimonious boob... you don't know what kind of an activist I am. You have no idea.
But then again, I'm not bashing the one person who really did make a difference in this case.
