Does anyone know how to get ahold of Billy Graham? I hope that Hal Lindsey can get ahold of him.

Can anyone get ahold of Jack VanImpe - he's just outside of Detroit - I believe in Troy. He has a national TV program.

Was able to talk to someone in Bush's Chief of Staff's office - told him Bush better send in the National Guard. That people across the country are ANGRY and there would be a severe backlash if Terri dies.

Also told him that a lot of people here in California are going to cancel trips to Florida, any thought of moving there and to boycott Florida products.

If I can think of anything else I will add to this thread.

I wrote area news media to let them know about this story, including the Tampa Tribune. Considering the level of Florida- or Tampa-area news media coverage, which was next to none, the legislators aren't going to do anything unless they get pressured from the public.... and the public, unfortunately, has, by and large, been kept in the dark about this story.

Of course, in Terri's case, they are calling morphine "pain control," ignoring that it hastens death due to dehydration.

Billy Graham is one of the few Christian televangelists I trust. His group, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is one of the best ever.

Note to Sweet (a disclaimer of sorts): I am in no way advocating Trinity Broadcasting or Van Impe -- I have as many problems with their teachings as I do with the RCC (altho I do like Hal Lindsay very much). BUT, we need all the voices we can get and QUICKLY!!

I had wondered why Billy and Franklin Graham have said nothing about this tragedy. The same with Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson, nothing spoken about it to my knowledge.

Dr. Dobson did a good job trying to explain Terri's fight today on Sean Hannity's radio program.

Gov. Bush should issue an E.O. that if Terri dies she is not to be cremated until a thorough autopsy is done to determine the reason for her brain damage.

I'd say her husband could be convicted of murder, if her windpipe was crushed AND he ordered her feeding tubes removed.

I'm shocked! Ronnie "the Commie" Kuby (on the WABC-New York Curtis and Kuby radio program) is for saving the life of Terri!

Kuby tells the story of his own father, who was dying of throat cancer. His father at first stated that he "wouldn't want to live without a larynx."

BUT THEN, when it came time to decide whether to have the operation or no, Kuby's father changed his mind and decided he wanted to live!

Kuby notes that Terri's parents have volunteered to care for her, says "we certainly should not starve her to death."

Kuby, the ultra-left pro-choicer, ends by saying: "In this case we should err on the side of life"
