TALLAHASSEE, FL -- According to a news release sent by the Terry Schindler-Schiavo Foundation, Florida Speaker Johnnie Byrd will introduce "Terri's Bill" during the special session Monday.
The bill would put an immediate moratorium on all dehydration and starvation deaths in Florida. Meanwhile, supporters of Terri Schiavo showed up Sunday outside a Pinellas Park hospice.
Doctors say Schiavo has been in a vegetative state since complications from a heart attack in 1990. Her husband was granted a court order that her feeding tube be removed, saying his wife wouldn't have wanted to be kept alive.

Villalobos up...
We have a process set up by our founding fathers. Based on constitution. Grappled with my religious beliefs. We are being asked to try a case without knowing the facts.

WHAT A GREAT SENATOR!!!
This quote could be a motto of the anti-euthanasia movement.
A beautiful and profound statement!

We need to make sure we keep the names of all the judges that have ruled negatively in this whole situation so that we can get them voted out.....Federal Judge Steven Merryday denied the request filed by Advocacy Center for Persons with Disabilities, a state-appointed agency.
Attorneys for the disability watchdog group were asking for a temporary restraining order halting Terri's death, for Terri to be fed immediately, and for a ten day investigation into numerous charges.

Sen Billlillos<??) Tough issue... thought about it... profound effect on how we feel...we have a process.. founders were brrilliant... checks and bal... each part of 3 legged stool powers... constitution... life and death... not fair to put us in this situation... called my dad... he said THINK ABOUT IT... I believe in that process... religious beliefs... oath to uphold constit of Fl... we're being asked to try a case without facts... who knows?... (he's a lawyer)... he's tried cases... unless you are at a full trial you don't know... can't guess untill FULL trial... we don't know all facts... courts have listened and all have determined... (this is terrible) but I believe in process... millions of lives prob lost to protect sep of powers... what's ans? I dunno... Bill would be UNconst. if passed... court already ruled.... if we tell gov he can overrturn one case, why one time state?... stepping on ct. authority... I believe in system... decision already been made .... (JERK LAWYER!!)

So all pardons are unconstitutional by this guy's logic.
