JOIN THE TERRI JELLO BRIGADE!!! -- DAY FOUR
Editorial Comment ^ | 18 October 2003 | Robert Drobot, Member, FreeRepublic
Change the way you're running this country. We're watching you, and we don't like the way you're doing business in our name.
Jeb Bush CAN STOP death of TERRI SCHIAVO !!! CALL!!!
http://www.terrisfight.org ^ | pollywog
With Republicans like Jeb, we don't need Democrats to do us in.
Outrageous, you say? How can a mere judge hold more power than the governor, you say? Reality, I say. It's been that way for a while now, while everybody was sleeping. We're no longer a Republic, we are ruled by the Philosopher-Kings of the Judiciary.

Thank God that Terri can have visits from the priest and is receiving the Blessed Sacrament!
I believe this will help to keep her alive until someone somehow stops this legalized starvation murder.
Jeb Bush--where are you? Don't expect to be re-elected if you let Terri die a horrible death.

See post 39 and 49.
Thinking like this...outside the box...could result in a method to buy her some time.

Trial courts always make correct decisions based on the evidence before them. Anything that would show otherwise is erroneous. Therefore, anything that would cause the trial-court's decisions to be incorrect must be consistent with the trial court's decision having been a correct interpretation of the evidence then available. Not always.
There was a case in Texas, during GW's rule there, in which a death row inmate tried to introduce evidence that proved that he could not have committed the crime.
The courts ruled against him, because -- are you sitting down? -- because he did not introduce the evidence within the statutary timeframe allotted for the introduction of new evidence.
His lawyer argued that he should not be held to that timeframe, because the evidence was not obtained until after that timeframe had elapsed.
The courts -- right up to the SCOTUS said TS, the law gave him a period to introduce it, he didn't introduce it within that timeframe, so it doesn't matter if he's innocent, because the requirements of the law have been fulfilled.
So, an innocent man was executed.
There are some serious problems with the way "justice" is done in this country.

Question for everyone...does anybody know if there is any RECENT video of her. I can't find dates on the videos. I read somewhere that those are from a few years ago I receieved a forward that I posted from a friend. Here is a small clip from the forward.
Her father took a videotape of her the other day when they told her that she was going to be killed. She was horrified, and tried to get out of her wheel chair. They put the videotape on the web this morning, and the government or legal system ILLEGALLY removed it.
I am not sure about it but have been trying to find a source to give us this information.

When did this wafter-wine incident happen?litany, I heard it on a local bay area station about an hour ago. The woman who reported it is there at ground zero, and actually was in Terri's room yesterday. Ast to more credibility, your guess is as good as mine.

Catholic woman denied communion on her death bed
To: pollywog
it is ALWAYS appropriate to give " a cup of cold water in the name of Jesus"........I SAY......GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That priest should seriously meditate on the meaning of, "If you deny a cup of water to one of these little ones, you deny it to me."

Jeb Bush--where are you? Don't expect to be re-elected if you let Terri die a horrible death. He won't be reelected anyway. He's term-limited out. That's right -- the man is a lame duck!
Lame ducks are notorious for their "let the chips fall where they may" behavior in office, because they know NO ONE can touch them!
This man is the definition of cowardice!

Holy crap, that IS a prima facie 1st amendment violation.
Unfortunately, that another cause for after-death action. Something needs to be done to get that feeding tube in by tomorrow evening or I'm afraid it's over (4-1/2 days).

The good news is that Terri's in GOOD shape. She's ALERT! Not suffering much from dehydration!
Praise God she is not suffering much from dehydration!! GOD IS SUSTAINING HER with HIS OWN BLOOD!!! PRAISE HIM. I have been asking Him to feed her " bread from heaven"......manna we know not of...... Eggs.....please PLEASE keep us filled into the details. Sounds like you are getting them. Are you in Florida? Ping for all your prayers!

I think 1 1/2 years ago. Not sure though. I heard that was more recent video , but I never could get the link to it to work for me. Some who saw it said she was in better condition than the first video. That is waht I heard from other freepers, but I don't that firsthand.
