What do you think JW could do about Hillary? Or Terri Schiavo or anything else for that matter? Over the past few years JW has taken in over 70 million dollars. All that money and they never won a case?
There are over 850,000 nonprofits like JW in America. Way too many are either in business to enrich their handlers and/or push their own little political agenda. We need to reform nonprofits and make sure businesses like JW pay taxes and charities that help people don't. The "nonprofit" rackets need to be taken down.

"Wish I could feel confident that it means something beyond the usual JW grandstanding." Judicial Watch has never done any 'granstanding.' They have actually won more than 60% of their actions, which is quite remarkable in the legal profession, where the average sucess rate for plaitiffs is close to 1/2 that. They take on only those cases where black collar crime has rendered logic and justice beyond the likely grasp of the people.
Your comments say alot about yourself, IMO.

"Your rant belies your FR moniker. I would suggest that if you want to suffer a similar fate to Terri's that you make your Living Will state that withholding food and fluids is your preferred way to die." Couldn't have said it better myself. These tyrants think that they know better than God.

I stated my evenhanded position at length re JW on another thread, a position shared by many in this forum based upon years of dashed hopes and too much hype.
I'm not alone in my opinion and overall disappointment in Klayman, Fitton, and JW over the years, despite what must be acknowledge as SOME legitimate success. I was so impressed with them at one time that I tried to figure out if I could volunteer for them for a few months.
I've also stated that I hold my nose and accept whatever help they may provide in this case, and I now add the word "unconditionally."
So, at least until this issue gets resolved, back off.

You might also not that I POSTED THIS FREAKING THREAD and said "My immediate reaction is that I am less than pleased that Klayman has intervened. But I'll gladly hold my nose if it helps save Terri."
K?

"a position shared by many in this forum based upon years of dashed hopes and too much hype." Nothing can, or should be done about the hope, which is in your own heart, but don't blame the only people that are willing to do anything! Our courts are deeply corrupt, and ill-conceived, rendering your assertion of 'hype' a bit over the edge, IMO.

What "taking" occurred that was outside of normal natural order? There is nothing in nature that allows anyone to starve to death. Helpless babies have to be fed by bottle and then spoon fed as they progress. Even animals take care of their own.
Nowhere is it written that Nature supports murder

Surely you jest.

Animals take care of their young - by and large, they don't feed their infirm - they die, because feeding them does not occur to them.
I have a better solution - the moment that someone is as infirm as Terri Schiavo, all those people who insist that there is a moral duty to keep the husk alive can, by law, be required to assume all responsibility for her care, and her spouse (and/or any children) will be absolved of all financial and decision making responsibility. That way, y'all get to put your money where your mouths are, and you can quit freeloading your particular brand of morals on the backs of people who don't share your views.

This "Husband," who was living with his Mistress 10 years ago, fathered a child with her and has another on the way as we speak...
...is now denying his dying "Wife" Holy Communion as part of her last rites.
EVIL is as EVIL does..?
