"Wish I could feel confident that it means something beyond the usual JW grandstanding." Judicial Watch has never done any 'granstanding.' They have actually won more than 60% of their actions, which is quite remarkable in the legal profession, where the average sucess rate for plaitiffs is close to 1/2 that. They take on only those cases where black collar crime has rendered logic and justice beyond the likely grasp of the people.
Your comments say alot about yourself, IMO.

I stated my evenhanded position at length re JW on another thread, a position shared by many in this forum based upon years of dashed hopes and too much hype.
I'm not alone in my opinion and overall disappointment in Klayman, Fitton, and JW over the years, despite what must be acknowledge as SOME legitimate success. I was so impressed with them at one time that I tried to figure out if I could volunteer for them for a few months.
I've also stated that I hold my nose and accept whatever help they may provide in this case, and I now add the word "unconditionally."
So, at least until this issue gets resolved, back off.

You might also not that I POSTED THIS FREAKING THREAD and said "My immediate reaction is that I am less than pleased that Klayman has intervened. But I'll gladly hold my nose if it helps save Terri."
K?
