FREEPERS, I have taken a break from Terri's 24/7 Vigil to ask for your participation in the next phase of trying to save Terri's life while we wait for good news.

I have not received the Governor's Itinerary for the following week yet from myflorida.com.

We are asking Floridians and out-of-staters to freep the Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee.

If you need ideas for signs, it's basically urging Governor Bush to issue an executive order to stay Terri's starvation.

At this time, the Florida Supremes are reviewing filings today by Terri's counsel.

We need northern Florida to freep Jeb Bush STAT whether he's there or not.

Finally, if anyone receives Jeb's schedule in their e-newsletter, please post it here so we can hold Terri vigils in whatever town Jeb is in.

I am getting the word out to everyone I know and they are doing the same thing. My sister put Terri's Fight on all of her message boards(the ones she goes to) And she has had a great response.They are signing the petion and emailing Bush. Erin (my sister) told me this morning that a friend of hers that lives is Norway is appalled and sent Bush a personal email and signed the petition and she was going to try and get some of her friends to do the same. So we are waking people up. Unfortunatly (Sp) it seems not the right people. I am trying to keep up my spirits, but I am getting so frustrated.

Tell your friends to tell their friends, etc. If you would like to add to my message go ahead but there is much info there. I need feedback to ya know. But I believe what is contained in 618 could stir to action many people. I'm willing to work with others with feedback to me personally or take my message and expand, or whatever! The point is that time is running out and people need to take massive actions.. that is the bottom line. Terri needs you right now!

Please see 605. I read that they didn't go to the Supreme Court after denial by a specific court in Tallahassee and then an appeals court denial.

But Jeb does not need a court action to stop this right this very second!

I was thinking to add all the e-mails from cindy but most of the reps don't even check their e-mails. We need massive actions now to save Terri and if we can tell others to act and for them to tell others to act then we will have a geometrical progression.

Rules that permit a State Judge to overrule the Governor even in these civil matters are stupid. This is a matter of life and death and the Governor ought to have the last word since it is HE that was elected by the people to govern the State. And your correct, I would have thought the rule was correct, if the Schindlers had won.

MIAMI (AP) - Gov. Jeb Bush has e-mailed GOP donors and activists
telling them to single-mindedly focus on his brother's re-election
instead of the 2006 horse race for governor.

Bush, who is in charge of his brother's re-election campaign in
Florida, acknowledged "the enormous pressure" on party loyalists to
commit early on candidates to replace him. "Our focus will have to be
on one thing and one thing only - re-electing the Bush-Cheney ticket
in whatever form that takes," Bush said in an e-mail obtained by The
Miami Herald.

"None of us would like to see a repeat of what happened to George in
2000," Jeb Bush wrote in a shorthand reference to Florida's election
meltdown.

"I believe very strongly that as Florida becomes an increasing target
for the Democrats and their national financial resources, it will
take each and every one of us to make sure that my brother has all
the financial resources he will need to win."

Geoffrey Becker, executive director of the Florida Republican Party,
and Scott Maddox, chairman of the state's Democratic Party, both said
Saturday that they see the message as an acknowledgment of a tough
fight in a tossup state next year.

It was just sort of friendly reminder that we have a big job ahead of
us," Becker said. "It's just important for everyone to keep the
attention on the race at hand."

Maddox said, "I think they know they're in trouble, and for the
governor to be willing to put it in writing is actually astounding.

"They're going to have to pull out all the stops. That's what that e-
mail is all about," he said. Bush "is right to think that he's going
to need every last dime of special interest money that he is going to
squeeze from people for the president's re-election."

Maddox and Becker also said they were puzzled by Bush's "whatever
form" remark. Becker speculated it was a reference to the form that
the re-election organization will take.

Jeb Bush cannot run again for governor under term limit rules. For
the next governor's race, he wrote, "It would mean a great deal to me
personally if you would agree not to commit to a candidate until we
can finish the 2004 presidential cycle."

Likely Republican contenders for governor include Attorney General
Charlie Crist, Florida's Chief Financial Officer Tom Gallagher, Lt.
Gov. Toni Jennings and U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary
Mel Martinez.

I've googled Schiavo and Centonze, even at Rootsweb. Pretty sure Schiavo is Sicilian. So was my grandma and I'm not mob-connected! Nothing so far on Centonze/insurance and what became of the company. Those answers are probably in FL state files.

I know the Jerger Ins co. was taken over by a Philadelphia Ins Co. I think it goes by that name. I know that Philadelphia is the First part of the name. I read it on the Terri thread with 5000+ posts. I can't seem to find it now. If I find it I will let you know.
