FREEPERS, I have taken a break from Terri's 24/7 Vigil to ask for your participation in the next phase of trying to save Terri's life while we wait for good news.

I have not received the Governor's Itinerary for the following week yet from myflorida.com.

We are asking Floridians and out-of-staters to freep the Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee.

If you need ideas for signs, it's basically urging Governor Bush to issue an executive order to stay Terri's starvation.

At this time, the Florida Supremes are reviewing filings today by Terri's counsel.

We need northern Florida to freep Jeb Bush STAT whether he's there or not.

Finally, if anyone receives Jeb's schedule in their e-newsletter, please post it here so we can hold Terri vigils in whatever town Jeb is in.

I just did - they are asking Jeb Bush to initiate a criminal investigation into some criminal wrongdoings - however, from what I understand the law enforcement community is not seeing the criminal wrongdoing and so are not investigating... With that, I don't know what else he could do - order the state attorney general to investigate? I don't know if he's done that...

I also note they are not asking him to intercede in the civil case that is currently ongoing, so apparently even they agree that he has no power or authority to intervene...

As the head of one of the 'co-equal' branches of government in Florida, he could step in to stop the outcome of a ruling that is very suspect and which has an irreversible outcome ... the irreversibility factor is crucial to the reason for suspending (not cancelling) the action occurring. he could then instruct his atty gen to open an investigation into malfesance and corruption regarding judge Greer and open an investigation of abuse and neglect by Michael Schiavo, the Greer appointed guardian. [I know you seen these suggestions on other Terri threads, because I've been posting them for more than two weeks now.]

Well, it's possible I suppose - but the question still remains - where is his actual bonafide authority to interfere? I can understand that he could ask for a criminal investigation (and I very seriously doubt that has not already been tried) and maybe, just maybe, get a court order from a judge to "preserve crucial evidence" in the investigation, i.e Terri Shiavo.

That's good. Use the reasoning of a war criminal to make your point. He overstepped his Constitutional bounds then, and those that request the President to intervene in this situation when it is clearly a state issue are asking the same of this administration.

The key is that she be kept alive in the belief that her testimony might be relevant to any criminal investiagation. That would of course go against at least an implied court ruling that she'll never have the ability to do that, which is among the "reasons" why they disconnected the tube.

I went to the vigil yeseterday outside the Hospice Woodside. I think I posted an address before and it was wrong so I myself got lost but I finally found it with the help of Fay and some helpful citizens (Hospice Woodside is located at 6774 102nd Avenue North in Pinellas Park, FL and is just west of 66th Street North). Terri's family was there as well as more than 50 people. I met with others who have been active in getting awareness of Terri's plight, etc. There were signs for Terri and even candle vigils and a picture of Terri with candles lit. Police were stationed outside in the different areas and supposedly they have attack dogs out back. I was struck with unbelief that this is actually happening, not that I haven't been before but actually being there outside the building where the Governor is forcing Terri to die because of his inaction was to me hideous to comtimplate. Terri is in there and she is being essentially murdered by Jeb! There has been mentioned that this situation smacks of Nazi Germany.. well welcome to Nazi Florida, Nazi USA. Everyone knows the facts of the case that Michael is a criminal for his intents, made clear through actions and words, etc. Everyone knows that Felos is corrupt (oh I forgot he is an attorney so he is beyond breaking the laws.. yeah right!) and that Terri never said: "No Tubes for me" (see the court records that she never said this and that Felos continually lies about this in the State and Federal Courts and in the media). Everyone knows that Judge Greers actions smack of impropriety and illegality. Everyone knows that the 2nd DCA is a wasteheap of judges who at the time of their ruling were in the deepest of evil in their rulings, etc. Everyone knows that the Florida Supreme Court was remiss in their duties to save an innocent diabled woman from a criminal death dealing husband/attorney and all the previous mentioned being guilty of the same crime. (See the state court transcripts and Federal court transcripts for all of the previous, it's all there). Everyone knows that Jeb in his capacity of Governor of Florida in this particular case has the power to use his Executive power to stop this and that it is not a question of "Separation of Powers" that not only Attorneys whom he asked for advice from (Thomas More Law Center, etc.) gave him the information that stated that it went beyond "Separation of Powers" and that he has a duty and obligation to stop Terri from being executed. Everyone now knows that Jeb will be complicit in murder of an innocent disabled woman. Right now Jeb and all the previous mentioned are guilty of torture, attempted murder (the job is almost done) via forced dehyration(!) and starvation(!) of an innocent disabled woman. If this doesn't smack of the highest of criminal negligence, impropriety, malfeasance on their parts then I don't know what does. I don't know what it would take to wake up Americans that this is happening. Apparently everyone goes about their daily lives in total ignorance. Some of the media have been a help but in the mainstream most of the media is for sensationalism and misuse of the science of semantics, etc. and they are remiss in the duties to keep a populace informed. You can keep praying and sending healing energies to Terri, etc. as this is indeed an energy world so please do not stop in these actions, but I would beseech you to do anything and everything in your physical powers to get the word out about what is happening at this very time. I suggested to Fay to go out on overpasses with created banners and hang them up just like during election days, etc. and give a message to Jeb in it and also put http://terrisfight.org, etc. I'll leave the rest to your imaginations, only creative and concerted efforts to get the masses attention to this matter (right now!) will have the possible effect to turn the tide of what is happening to Terri right now. Jeb needs to act and he needs to act quick or be complicit as above stated in the murder of Terri.
